What a world, where food isn't enjoyable and you don't have to constantly stop yourself from eating fucking EVERYTHING
i was warned a few weeks ago about being too lean to use the powerlifting section of the gym. i was just born this way, you can't body shame me
I’ve settled on the fact that I’ll just have to strive to be cut the rest of my life. Any attempt at mass cultivation leads to a gut. This also means doing core work three days a week to try and keep some semblance of a four pack.
Another fuck you to you too. My stirve is "Don't stop and get 3 59 cent donuts and two corn dogs from QT on your way home while telling yourself this will be the last time and it's OK bc your drinking a diet DP or mineral water with it, before dinner"
I’m not trying to bulk now. When I was, I was eating everything in site. So of course there was some bad shit thrown in. I’ve never counted calories/macros, so any nutrition failure is on me. I only focus on protein and limiting carbs/sugar. Cut out all weekday boozing as well except after softball/volleyball.
I can’t stop eating egg rolls. That with some general tsos or some other fried Asian plate is my weakness
Yeah, it's still calories so if you did it smarter you probably be able to do it slowly. Vs eating anything and everything
Is Eddie Hall back to staying bulked up so he can do quasi strong man shit? Last I heard he was trying to lose a shit ton of weight and do something else.
Almost benched 345. So close. Need my left to get stronger. Right side was there. Tried throwing it up with some body English on the left immediately regretted it. That's why you buy safeties, gents.
Acting is his priority, has this and his own show on history channel and claims to be in talks for a bunch of other stuff. Did lose a bunch of weight from strongman days but that's not hard to do when 6'3 450.
Believe he said he could set the WR bench in 9 months but not going to guarantee it because acting comes first. Not sure if this was before or after he tore his bicep too.
Bulking if you have a runners build just means having more weight around your waist than added muscle unless you want to take supplements. I'm a lean 6'1 185 and if i try to put on a lot of muscle i put on too much bad weight.
I'm on the same boat. I don't lift, eat QT daily, maybe have some pastries in the AM on the way to work and sometimes hit up Wendy's dollar menu, the entire dollar menu. And the craziest thing happens I just get fat. Like whet the fuck. I must have a runners build
I think a big problem people have is just consistently tracking and getting enough protein. Overeating carbs and fats with little protein definitely won’t be optimal for muscle building. It happens to a lot of people they just eat.
Random post but respect a lot of crossfit shit but the whole constantly saying fittest athlete on the planet just annoys the hell out of me. Can't you just do your thing without the propaganda of it being the best. I'd enjoy watching crossfit stuff if not for them constantly pumping it up at being so amazing. Good night, just wanted to let that out.
Been to a few Highland Games in Scotland, obviously not with monsters like them but it was pretty damn cool
Typical pre gym meal- two eggs and two slices of Canadian bacon on a toasted sandwich thin. Post gym- two hard boiled eggs, oat meal, shake and yogurt with granola.
