since an absurd amount of shit we buy is made in China, the GOP essentially just slapped a 10% sales tax on the US economy. They're basically funding tax cuts for the wealthy with a sales tax. I give it about 3 years before this whole rotten shithouse collapses on all of us.
I was tempted to yell at Mulvaney over his Chris Wallace interview last weekend, but didn't want to get into a subsequent shoving match with his 5'6 secret service agent.
When your index fund IRA barely outperforms a savings account over the last 20 months. hate to see it folks

Mizzou has a walk-on LB named Jacob Trump (poor guy). He’s Odom’s nephew and he played some special teams last year. He decided to quit the team and just graduate ect. We have some trumptards that are convinced Odom is making his nephew quit playing because of his last name and political reasons. It’s hilarious

him getting dominated by China and giving hand outs to our farmers should probably be on the front page of more papers
tbh the fact that she laid over and died for the debt ceiling increase and for the border funding irks me much more than her not bringing impeachment proceedings.

“Marianne Williamson knows how to beat Trump” is a very different statement from “Marianne Williamson would beat Trump” and I think not an unreasonable one
It’s refreshing to see journalists somehow learned a negative amount of information from the first 2.5 years of Trump and they’re going to be largely responsible for his re-election.
We must not confuse dissent with disloyalty. We must remember always that accusation is not proof and that conviction depends upon evidence and due process of law. We will not walk in fear, one of another. We will not be driven by fear into an age of unreason, if we dig deep in our history and our doctrine, and remember that we are not descended from fearful men – not from men who feared to write, to speak, to associate, and to defend causes that were, for the moment, unpopular. - Edward R. Murrow
