Thanks. If we go we’d buy last minute on Stub Hub. Marlins game interests me more tbh but staying right down on the beach...good chance we don’t make it out of the hotel pool.

Assuming you mean major US carriers.

American IMO...if for nothing else than the systemwide upgrades. Delta is he best airline.

Lyrtch right though, not worth trying to do AA in Atlanta but if you have a choice (e.g., Chicago, NYC) Id go American

I should clarify my answer is dependent on reaching the top status. I think Exec Plat is better than Delta Diamond but not sure which one has better miles redemptions if that’s the goal

I’m gold with Delta right now - fly out of NYC (LGA mainly, sometimes JFK)

Highly doubt I’ll make it to Diamond, but Platinum is likely this year

For what I want, I equally fly United, delta, and American based on who has the best deals for that flight.

It kinda sucks. I wish I could develop a loyalty program to one airline consistently.

Platinum on Delta. Out of every 10 flights I take I'd say I get comfort + 8 of those and first class 1 of them.

I hate American so much. Never really fly United

Heading for my first real trip to Denver this weekend for 4 days. Heading to Red Rocks Saturday night for a show, but outside of that nothing else really planned. I will have an SUV so any advice on mountain drives, best lookouts, can't-miss places would be appreciated. Also I think the gf is wanting to do some horseback riding, so if anyone got knowledge on that I would be forever indebted.

Depends on what you are looking for and how far you are willing to drive. Rocky Mtn Natl Park has a loop road that has some amazing views and lots of stop off points. But that is about 2 hrs from downtown Denver.

If you are wanting to stay in Denver some of the places we went that were pretty fantastic were:
    - Denver Biscuit Company- delicious breakfast
    - Sam's No. 3
    - Improper City- fun, outside bar --> then walk around this area of town for a number of cool breweries and what not.
    - Wynkoop Brewing Co- fun brewery with a fair amount of activities on the top floor

I have this Herschel duffle in navy with brown straps. I use it for all my one/two night getaway type trips. I like it, don't love it. Stylishly it's great. My only real issue with it is the top can get a little flat so you sometimes have less room than you think you do because it's tough to zipper when you fill to the brim. I also have size 13 shoes and when I use the shoe bag feature it expands and take up a lot of room. Overall I'd slightly recommend - it's been very durable even if I've had to find myself cutting back on a sweater or jeans when I can't zip it.

Leave for Bonaire on Saturday. It's going to be an annoying week. I have to get work sorted/finish next week's work before I can leave (typical), and also get scuba certified.

Will report back, but don't think it'll be a full on write-up when I get back. Going with the same crew that I went to Azores with last year.

Heading to San Antonio for an annual guys trip on Thursday morning. Playing a couple rounds of golf and mainly causing chaos around the resort. However, I have never been to San Antonio so I booked a late flight out. Any things that are can't miss in San Antonio on Sunday? I assume the Alamo but don't know if it's become a tourist trap or not.

Yeah, maybe I misunderstood his question. I use my duffel for all my car trips, but would be a hard pass on it for the airport; wouldn't be able to comfortably carry that and a back pack / work briefcase. Would stick with wheeled luggage or get a large backpack for trips of one night of travel if you want to bypass wheeled luggage.

    What time of year?

You can do most of the Oslo tourist city things in one day as the city isn’t too big. Vigelandsparken, the Opera House, Stortinget (Parliament), the Botanical Gardens, etc.

If you want to do nature stuff you can take the ferry to the islands, hike (take the metro to Sognsvann or Vettakollen), and/or walk up the Akerselva river from the city centre.

The weather should still be nice then so that’ll make it easier.

Most of the hotels seem to be in Sentrum, Aker Brygge, or at Majorstuen and either of those are fine. You won’t be too far away from anything and will be close to the majority of restaurants/bars.
