Tathan will probably transfer and be eligible again at a new school while the kids who transferred to he close to sick family members are taking the year off.
A college football player that has never started a game should not be able to inspire this sort of vitriol, but HERE WE ARE.
I mean the original intent was to highlight A&M losing 3 5* QBs via transfer/decommit in the span of like a month
I guess that's true, but it seems like he had the highest upside and would probably be quick to leave if he didn't get a shot
I honestly hope he sticks around and tries another position. Kid can play, just not the an position. He could be solid in a rb/wr hybrid roll.
I said i hope he does. I want him to be successful because he’s a kid. I want every kid to be successful, I don’t particularly care that he’s cocky.
He has tested pretty well as an athlete from what I remember. Don’t see why he can’t carve out a goal-like package as QB or transition to a flex guy. I understand he has the QB1 cocky attitude and I will certainly not die on this hill if he eventually transfers again, but I don’t think it’s crazy to think he stays. All reports have been he’s a great teammate and works hard, unfortunately for him they don’t make up for his limitations at QB.
And that was when he thought he was probably going to be the starter. Theres no way I would want someone with his attitude sticking around my locker room after he's been passed up.
is this what canesinsight is saying? The crew has rallied the troops that "manny made the tough but right choice", "martell is too talented to keep off the field" and "imagine what enos can carve out for him in a goal-line package"
Just personal beliefs since it's something that Urban did for Tate so if he stays I don't see why he wont be able to do it here.
The tricky thing is, Tate is boys with Brevin and Bubba so i'm not sure he's headed out the door so quickly.
Tathan went to Miami I’m sure because he believed he would start and left OSU im sure because he knew he wouldn’t Let’s be honest he isn’t going to sit around and let his eligibility end being Williams’ backup the rest of his career, he’s going to go somewhere like UNLV where again he believes he’ll start
I’m sure he’ll stick around all season hoping Williams fails so he can get his shot but if that doesn’t happen...there’s no way he stays if he’s dead set on staying at QB
