I didn't understand the win probability being so far in EG's favor early on. They didn't have the save to deal with the chrono. They also don't seem to have a good way to deal with Void picks.
Fly is so fucking bad at video games. The drow pick was right there and he lastpicks antimage and runs an aggro trilane when those havent been viable in 5 years.
Yeah Drow was a good answer there. No idea why you go AM against a tempo lineup. I think they still had an answer but made poor decisions.
They’re never gonna beat OG with Fly. He kind of wilts in games against Notail. They had a lot chances to win that game but went on the freaking enchantress in engagements shoot instead of the invoker.
S4 also has mashed potatoes for brains. So satisfying to watch literally every member of the worst ti winner in history crash and burn the moment coldtoad took away their crutches.
I don't get why they went away from the Lina in either of the last 2 games. Sumail crushed with it, and it seems like it has the magic nuke you want to deal with the Ench pick.
Also not sure giving up Ench in game 3 was the call, clearly was a big factor in the first 2 games. But yeah, wasn't feeling that anti mage pick as soon as I saw it.
See I don’t even hate letting Ench through. But you’ve got to have both counters and discipline against it. They had counters but no discipline.
Fully expecting EG to beat Liquid or Royal winner, then lose to Secret if Secret wins vs. VG. If it's VG, then EG might make top 3. I'm thinking top 4 for them though.
Would bet a lot of money the first thing the frog does post-TI is make mega/super creeps stronger. Between runes, talents, roshan dropping aghs, aghs being consumable, etc. heroes are stronger late game than ever before and the creeps never really scaled with them. Not enough of an advantage now I think.
Lol at EG Gotta shuffle that lineup. Maybe SumaiL can realize that the salt king is the only one who can get them where they need to be.
Fly is the most underwhelming for sure, PPD would be a major upgrade. SumaiL was great this tournament, but there's only so much he can do. How many other team's mids get off to the starts he does and then just snowball the game. Not EG though, they squander all the leads he creates. It's frustrating to watch.
Sumail is still the world's best player as far as I'm concerned. His team starts so far in the hole every game due to shitcan fly drafts and s4's potato brain. PPD come home.
It's probably time to drop Bulba too, as he seems to have tons of input on the drafting process. So glad I couldn't manage to stay awake for their series.

They also managed to execute on a subpar draft and then threw again by rushing midases against a fucking alchemist Chen draft.
