He should have a big year with everyone trying to stop Laviska. And this staff is actually smart enough to let him play out of the slot.
Is this where i Can complain about my hotel in auroa (Gaylord Rockies) is out of power and won’t be back until 8 am Tia Hth
Would you guys recommend tailgating or going to the bars before the game next weekend? There will be 13 of us coming out there for the game. If tailgating is the call, where are the best lots available to the public? If bars, which ones are the best? We will be arriving Wednesday/Thursday so any other food or drink recs would appreciated. Can't wait to get out there, should be a hell of a time.
How important is being around younger people and girls? Tailgating is usually more of an older crowd. Going to the bars would be younger. On the Hill, the Sink is the old reliable and will always be packed. You'll probably see a mix of Buffs and Huskers here as its usually the one place out of town fans know to go to. Half Fast is solid for a pitcher and sub. Theres some other bars close to there with outdoor or rooftop spots that have changed ownership since I was in school so don't know what they'd be called now but should be fun as well and not hard to find. Plenty of bars on Pearl Street but will be a bit of a longer walk to the stadium.
It'll be a group of older 20's, younger 30's guys so we could probably honestly fit in anywhere, but I'm leaning more towards the bars. The rooftop bars have my interest as my favorite gameday bar in Lincoln is a rooftop spot. Appreciate the help.
There is a rooftop bar on the corner of broadway and university that was K’s China forever and now I’ve lost count of all the name changes. Outside that, your rooftop options are on Pearl at the Lazy Dog, The Rio, West End. Also, be sure to go to the Village Coffee Shop for breakfast and tell them Big Apple Duck sent you. You’ll probably eat for free.
I paid $50 to get into a Husker tailgate at Embassy Suites near Folsom You can call me stupid for doing that, which is fair, but just wanted to throw that out there
You're stupid. Or maybe a genius. I'll have to see how the actual tailgate turns out to make a final decision.
You're coming to an amazing place like Boulder and hanging out at an Embassy Suites with a bunch of Husker fans. Think about that for a second.
Well if it’s lame I’ll leave. I need to be around the stadium before kickoff anyways to scalp a ticket I’ll be bouncing between multiple tailgates. Have friends coming in from Castle Rock
Oskar Blues in Longmont is also a super neat spot but it's a bit more of a drive. Not a gameday thing.
I'll be there for 3 days prior to the game, I'll be hitting damn near every brewery in Boulder. Avery is a top priority. I'm more looking for a bar type place for pre-game though.
Running plays near the goal line were a bit wonky, but otherwise a nice grinding drive. Oline created some nice space in the interior.
Friend on staff has been sounding real confident about this team since July. Guaranteed wins in the first 3 games. Sincerely hope it works out that way for y'all.
That play calling was better that drive. Viska, viska, use the pass to free up the run. Probably our best option in my entirely amateur opinion. Too much talent at Wideout not to lean on them.
