Markakis has an fWar of 0.1. 4th worst among outfielders with at least 400 plate appearances. He's only worth that because he's been useful against right handed pitching. (118 wRC+) Against lefties it's 59.

Guys, it’s quite simple. Grant Cardone came up with a brilliant bracelet (admit it). Folty legally bought one (presumably). Clay Travis noticed the word bitch on a bracelet while watching tv and tweeted about it (of course he did). And then this thread embraced the lifestyle (embracing isn’t stealing). And then I put it on an umbrella (~$40 and I can get them made irl and shipped to you).
Less Clay Travis talk, por favor. I didn't realize the Cards were that far up in the NL Central. Looks like it's their division to lose. Don't really give a shit between Cards and Nats/Cubs. Nats would throw Scherzer in the WC, so we'd only get him once (hopefully). Cubs have some talent but have looked so up and down.
Lets be honest.... we make it to the playoffs, I will be terrified/nervous of playing anyone at this point. This team has been too damn fun to get bounced in the first round
I really like this team and think it could win it all. I really dislike the guy pushing the buttons. Mistakes are magnified in the playoffs. I really hope I’m wrong, but I see bad decisions ultimately costing us along the way in October. My hope is we are firing on all cylinders (starters, bullpen, hitting, and defense) so that his decisions are easier to make. If he has to maneuver around a struggling unit (or two), I don’t like our chances of winning the WS.
This team has stepped up against basically every good to great team they’ve played. Playoffs are a crapshoot, but I just don’t care about matchups, nor do I think the team does. Just keep kicking ass.
