It's quite fascinating how conservatives have convinced their base to favor older, inefficient, expensive, polluting technologies. Just slap a lib label on something and boom it's bad.
According to conservatives, the only wins Trump is capable of is getting himself out of his self-created messes.
I think that is part of the point. If someone doesn't have enough means to survive, finding the time to be properly registered and then having the ability to get to a voting booth is usually not high on the priority list.

I’m not against taxes. But the correct answer is, yes. It’s theft...and so what. I was just throwing a well known libertarian talking point out there in response to his AMA. Didn’t mean to rile anyone up.
Probably a lot better than the middle eastern goat herders with Cold War AKs we still can’t seem to snuff out after a decade.
Are we surprised that 9/11 is being used to push political powers? I mean, 9/12 it started. And maybe that is the reason I always feel extremely guilty on 9/11, because even though I was only a sophomore in high school, I was fully on board with whatever America wanted to do.
Thinking about 9/11 and I know this is not an original thought, but I am not sure there is any other reason for the country to ever unite other than having a common enemy. It blinds us from some of our values. I was listening to tape of Tom Brokaw today at the time saying we would need to reconsider some of our freedoms, and we all willingly did that. When things are seemingly good or problems need to be solved internally it is always a battle over resources and corporations marketing the narrative. It is only when the energy is focused eternally or on some "other" party that we can be in true agreement in the moment. This is why we can't have nice things.
It's time to stop evoking 9/11 as a battle cry for where we are as a country today. Nothing good ever came from our response to it, and I'd argue the country as a whole would be better off had we not done anything in retaliation. There I said it.
I mean the retaliation was exactly what they wanted so Hard to argue with dispatching OBL and his lieutenants, but otherwise...
calling anything the nc gop does "stunning" is some real ignorant shit remember when thousands of dems donated to rebuild their headquarters that some patriot firebombed
