victim blaming is unbelievably rampant these days. No matter how many studies are out there that state how victim's rarely immediately report, people act like they know exactly how they'd act after being raped. Regardless of the outcome of this civil action, nothing quite like a guy telling people how he would respond to being raped.

I think people might make that inference based on the allegation. But by itself, I think I would just assume is was in reference to some consensual thing they did. I’m not trying to discredit her allegation, I just think it’s ridiculous to suggest that could be used as an admission in any legal situation.
I think he's saying just because I came on your back doesn't mean to you are getting money. There's an implied threat to tell tell the mother of his child, to which he's replying that she already knows about it and doesn't care.

Fla has no "sexual assault" charge anyway, so that is made up language. we have sexual battery which is penetration. we have various lewd lascivious "l&l" charges but many of them don't fit this jerk off incident. I suppose simple battery would fit, as would maybe unnatural and lascivious act, but both charges are misdemeanors. felony battery comes with great bodily harm so that wouldnt apply. she isn't saying she woke up to him masterbating, it's more focused on the sperm hitting her. i would need to pull up all the possible sex charges. hth, AB.
