I kinda see why people avoid Paine Lindsay stuff. they waste so much time of an episode for filler and dramatic music to build the tension....knowing that they have no real answers and that the show will end with “if you know anything, call us”
I think there’s 11 completed. Next week seems like shit is gonna go down. Really not sure how much longer it can go, TBH.
I felt it pretty early. There are things presented that make you think both, but too many questions and sloppy police work, IMO.
I opened this thread and forgot which one it was, read this post, and was like “wait, wtf...go talk to someone Boo.”
I was so excited when I saw the lineup for the show and then Carl and Drew just slayed me. My one takeaway from this episode is if you put gasoline in the freezer it becomes gelatinous.
Seems like the perfect storm for Whitley and Dylan. But once that world renown pathologist said the scene was staged and he sign his name to a homicide, I was convinced
devine Detlef Schrempf They really need to wrap Culpable up. Nothing is happening and there’s not going to be a resolution. Just end it already.
I stopped listening because in typical Payne Lindsay podcasting form it stalled out and went nowhere fast.
Should I unsubscribe? I was waiting for it to wrap up so I could just binge it, but it sounds like it's not worth it.
It’s really good for a while, but it’s gone a few episodes too long and still going. Just feels like they’re treading water hoping something breaks and they can include it.
Atlanta monster was his worst podcast, up and vanishes was great until he just started dragging for content.
I mean it just didn’t go anywhere. Wayne was obviously guilty of some of the crimes, likely not all of them, but he was clearly manipulative and creepy as fuck. Just not a lot of mystery there.
I’m riding Culpable til the end. I’m hoping this is happening close enough to real time that it will get somewhere.
Clearing was great. *yes, culpable needs a break, until more evidence. I just posted some new podcasts as well. Bear brook is good too https://www.bearbrookpodcast.com/
The podcast was initially framed as if there were major questions about whether Wayne was guilty, there clearly wasn’t. He was guilty as fuck and a gross dude, podcast didn’t do anything to enlighten.
You listened to the podcast and walked away thinking Wayne killed each of those kids? There’s no way we listened to the same pod.
Not every single one of them, but the initial pitch for the pod was that he didn’t do anything at all, and maybe he wasn’t guilty period, which was very clearly not the case.
just kind of randomly jumping in this thread but has anyone listened to “the clearing” halfway through and it is fascinating
