If you want to avoid spoilers, stay away from youtube, twitch, message boards with BL3. Streamers get to play a day early, currently a bunch streaming on Twitch now.
I know this gets said alot for new games, but this is legit the most excited I've been for a game in a long time. I'm old, I dont game as much as I used to. But Borderlands and Dark Souls are the two series that can get me going. And this is 7 years coming. And everything I've seen has been an improvement over BL2. This game might get my broken down fingers clicking again.

Apparently you can play the digital version now if you change your time zone/location to new zealand in the xbox settings.

Played a bit. Very choppy fps on Xbox One X with the resolution mode. Performance mode makes it smooth, but game doesn't look amazing or anything. Besides that, its classic Borderlands. Had a lot of fun.
Debating on if I should get drunk and play, or all jacked up on Mt. Dew like the good old days. The only bad part about co-op release day is people already being hours in before I get a chance to play. Is hard to stay on the same pace.
They have two different modes cooperative where you scale to their level and everyone gets a reward from a chest or competitive classic BL every man for themselves loot and you don't scale to your friends level
What if the higher level friend joins the lower level friend? Really just becomes an issue as to whether one group wants to replay missions, or the group is ok with missing some of the story. Think we got enough people on PS4 to keep everybody close to the same level/story part.
There’s two “group modes” one is classic with classic looting. The other has instanced loot and level scaling. The latter is what you’d choose if you were falling back with a friend to catch up. The lower level would scale up based on the higher level regardless of who’s game it is

When I heard Zane's Irish accent, I knew I had to be him. FL4K also seems pretty cool. Went with coopetition mode, gonna have 1 char that I only play with my friend, so we dont get too far apart. Gonna make a Fl4k or Moze char for just myself.
Have you logged back in? My hope is that you get to change group mode per sesh and if that’s not the case ima be pretty salty
Good. Tried to google what the play on that was before I committed to my play through and couldn’t get an answer but just decided that’s what made the most sense
There better be a performance patch coming soon, the resolution mode on the X was embarassing. Maybe hit 15-20 fps, it shouldn't even be an option in it's current state. Going from Gears of War to that was jarring.
