Wait, what makes him the winner? If you mean he got hard first then I would say Sal won, but in all honesty I think they all lost.
It's an XLR! It's a Cadillac! It's built on a fucking Cadillac fucking god damn platform! It's a Cadillac!
Just came across this High Pitch Eric clip. It seems like his low intelligence persona is something he’s progressively built up over the years. At this point he comes off as barely functional retarded.
he's a massive scam artist. he's still dumb as fuck but not the barely functioning human the IQ test made him out to be (and the docs even accused him of sandbagging it).
Nick Cannon is approaching David Arquette levels of most guest appearances by least interesting person.
I dont even listen anymore. Everytime I turn it on for the morning ride its about Brent swinging and I dont give a flying fuck about it or find it funny.
Pretty much the same. The show is: staff shit, 3rd time in a year a celebrity has been on, or lately some very random music acts. There was a period it was very funny, then Arquette basically became a part of the show and it got old. I believe Colin Quinn made a joke about it on one of the early Sirius roasts and Arquette was basically not on again.
Breuer circa 2006/2007 was hilarious but when he's on 3 times a year and tells the same stories and does the same bits every time it gets old. Howard really packed it in when he started doing the panels with the staff. Stopped listening when that started
Funny thing is there’s as many writers on the show now than there’s basically ever been. Although I imagine Howard 86’s most ideas or they don’t even bothering pitching classic style Stern bits because it’ll be a no from Howard.
Hard pass on hearing goat boy jokes and stories about Breuer’s dad shitting himself. I actually don’t mind the panels. Some of the best show moments in history don’t involve a guest and occur when the crew is just chatting and ragging on each other.
I have a lot of unpopular show opinions though. For one, I think Chris Wilding is actually really funny.
Like most stuff with Howard, it’s always best in smaller doses. He’s always tended to beat stuff into the ground.
Some interesting takes in here. I definitely don't listen as much as I used to. I tuned in this morning and switched back to music after about 10 minutes of a boring impression of that boxing promoter.
Don't think I've listened since March or so. I miss Richard and Sal but other than that don't miss recycling the same guests over and over. Agree with the poster who said Nick Cannon is the WOAT guest. Hands down.
Richard and Sal are hardly in studio anymore. I’m paring back too. Howard repeats so many stories now. I think the same details of his impending colonoscopy for the third year in a row did it for me. Sure, it was funny the first year, now I could probably repeat everything.
can't imagine listening now. I stopped being a daily listener when Artie bounced and almost entirely when ETM died.
Still has some good stuff, but Howard has pretty much outlawed all the crazy shit on there. Not going to hear Blue Iris riding the sybian on 101.
Everything about Howard/the show is out of touch.. Hell of a musical guest they had perform in studio.
