I hate when I'm hungover in the morning and put work off to the end of the day thinking somehow that will be a different ballgame
Apparently higher altitudes make you want to die if you got drunker than randy travis the night before.
May not work for you guys but I did an ice pack on head and back of neck this morning and it helped tremendously
Ate at noon. Didn’t eat again. Went hard as hell (8+ shots, bunch of drinks). No joke, thought about maybe going to hospital this morning haha.
My hangovers are getting to be absolute hell. I remember it got up a notch when I was like 26 years old. Now at 37 and it got even worse in the last year. Time to really dial it down. Not even fun drinking anymore when I am scared of the next day
You seem to stay up till the early hours on your benders which is dumb. Sleep/hydration/food, quit being dumb. I know I drink too much but have less than a handful of hangovers a year that really affect me.
Yeah, might be the issue. I am pretty serious during the week but when the weekend comes up I have no limits.
I learned at a young age those electrolytes would solve the worlds problems. Game changer, if you feel like shit in the morning, chug a couple glasses then fell better in about an hour.
Drinking throughout the day and still getting to bed at a reasonable time, I can manage the hangover. Drinking the same amount in a shorter time period, like party or bar, and I’m hurting the next few days.
Had today off, and went down with the ship after the Chiefs lost. Slept for 12 hours and still feel like death.
