If they’re able to transfer now and get enrolled I think that counts as their year in residence such that they don’t need a waiver for immediate eligibility
Gotcha These guys are still forcing themselves to pick a new school in an accelerated time frame where a lot of coaches are more focused on preparing for games than they are making room for a transfer.
He’s related to Tae somehow too lol Anyways I think Lo really ripped that knee up last yr. Had to be an ACL despite the denials
Rumor is that they asked him to move to receiver and that’s why he’s transferring which sounds like bullshit tbh
He and his father were always a problem. Then you throw in the Kenyatta Watson Sr aspect and everyone should have run away. His dad thinks he's a future Pro Bowler at 5'6 170lbs. Gotta be very careful recruiting Ga
He wasn't bad as a nickel corner as a freshman when they kept him out of matchups like trying to cover Tee Higgins. But then he had those shoulder injuries and they moved him back to safety and he's played soft as baby shit ever since he got back from those. Pretty sure he scored sub-30 PFF grades in both the UNC and Alabama games which means we could stick a walk on back there and be in about the same situation.
He got abused by Mecole Hardman too, who is 5'11 165lbs at the time. I'm not ragging on Jamyest, he's just very physically limited. I also knew there was an issue when he refused to run at the Opening. If you're going to be smaller, you better have elite speed. He does not. And I don't think he has a choice not to play soft at his size
This is a young man that works his tail off for free Monday-Friday just to entertain you on saturdays and this is how you treat him? Disgusting!
He was down to us and y’all two years ago. Started at RT since halfway through last year Older brother is a DE for us
