so they can be booked together on the next version of Ex's and slowly get back together during the challenge for more air time
Leroy can drop some gems. "There are two people in this house you don't want to piss off. 1. Turbo. 2. Turbo."
I wonder if they just expected this whole turncoat thing to play out a lot differently than it has. It seems like the obvious writing on the wall is CT goes in soon and he wins and changes sides. Could possibly see Ninja doing it too if she goes in again and doesn’t deserve to
I hated Bear last season but he really grew on me, really wanted him to win that elim and stick around. He's a pretty small dude but he's scrappy in those eliminations. It's blatantly obvious Rogan is terrified of going into elimination and being exposed as a weak competitor Hate Bananas all you want but the seasons are undoubtedly better when Johnny is among the last remaining challengers Cara and Paulie still suck, Dee sucks, Ninja and Ashley are annoying. No doubt the final is going to be an individual final, the teams have to be scrapped at some point. I'm rooting for CT and Leroy, but Leroy is his usual useless self and CT clearly isn't in good enough shape to run a final. The favorites have got to be Turbo, Jordan, Theo, Georgia, and the Brit chick with the iron jaw.
the absolute look of fear rogan had when they were deliberating was great. he is such a puss. bear should have beaten joss but he had an awful game plan
There was no way Bear was beating Joss in that unless Joss just let him pass. The passages were too narrow.
as excited as I was going in with the cast, this is becoming a bad season and could potentially get worse. Teams are way too lopsided so the dailes are just an afterthought. I get going after the top players but the show just isn't as good with Johnny or Wes (and for me Bear). This is headed toward a similar finish to the lavender ladies season where I had essentially no interest in watch the last quarter of the season. To make it worse, judging from the previews they are going to try and make Cara into the new Bananas. So we will get to watch her politic and play alliances then cry and whine when she's called out for it. Hopefully something like Turbo getting thrown in and switching teams helps mix this season up.
Bear is slow. You put some small wide receiver that Joss throws to the ground with ease and Joss still loses. Bear and him and were meeting at the halfway point. No leads for Bear.
Bear was actually way ahead after round 1. He covered significantly more ground before contact. He just got grapplefucked backwards everytime.
I must have been viewing it wrong. I blame their editing. It looked like they met at the halfway point, or close to, each time.
Imagine CT in that elimination...we'd get another Bananas backpack situation with him just carrying someone through when they couldn't get around him
first time was close to halfway point, but round 2 for sure Bear beat Joss. Bear would outrun Joss after Joss pushed/pulled him closer to his endzone, bc of Joss' fatigue.
The passage was way too narrow. He would have never gotten through CT. He would have gotten walked through the maze
I’d be shocked if CT does well in a physical elimination. He’s lost to dad bod life. I dont think he has the stamina for anything that’s not a quick feat of strength
He would handle a tug of war ok. Nothing with running. Nothing requiring him to go up. He might die in a final.
I do love a good hall brawl. The fit Brit would look much better without her lips injected to all hell. Her twin doesn't have the chin she does.
No bump for this week? - Cara is a raging cunt. Not for smiling when Kyle was eliminated (that's just her being petty) but the faces she made when Esther volunteered herself and then the whole calling over other girls and bullying of Dee afterward at the bar. All those early seasons where they painted her as the outsider standing up to the mean girls was just bullshit, she's been a mean girl all along just never had Plastics of her own until now. - Dee has to be among the dumbest competitors ever on the challenge. Not as in make poor decisions in the game dumb but low IQ/borderline mentally challenged dumb. Her confessionals are painful - I'll say it again this week, less of Joss/Rogan/Dee would be welcomed
Cara leaning to Paulie and saying “I guess we are the villains this season.” was absolutely playing to the camera. Like you, I used to like Cara, but she has completely sold out at this point for camera time.
really disappointed Theo and Georgia didnt do the flip teams move this format was dependent on that happening. If it happens after this point, almost too late given the #s and would have been high drama wrecking the numbers on the American team
I don't think the flipping thing has worked like production wanted. Almost every single person has "debated" flipping but no one will. I could only see CT really doing it. And soon they'll have to turn it into a singles game bc of the numbers.
I think it would be cool to switch teams, lose a challenge, get voted in, win on the proving ground, and then go back to your original team. Theo beats Kyle, goes to the US, tries to throw a daily challenge, succeeds, gets voted in by the US team. The Brits give him a solid but unspectacular guy from the US (LeRoy), Theo beats him(Hello Olympian) and then Theo goes back to the Brits. At some point, you gotta start thinking like that, otherwise this onslaught is going to most likely continue.
Him, Turbo, Ninja, and Dee were free agents or something when they first got there. The US won the first challenge and chose Turbo over him
He and turbo were late adds. The USA and UK had a challenge to see who got first pick. USA won and picked Turbo
some research on Theo...... 46 seconds is fast as hell. Also, he apparently went from a race straight to love island tv show back in 2017 and all his teammates were confused as hell
Kyle screwed up going for the small things first and having no energy for the heavy stuff. As far as turncoat stuff, all bets are off once the Americans lose a daily and according to the trailer they will lose again. One of them is 100% switching before the end of the season.
agree this was a pretty big blunder. they pretty much guaranteed they will be in every elimination going forward. Also why didn't Kyle/CT/Idris team up as swing votes and put in Rogan or Joss? With the numbers they way they are on that team, those guys could have controlled everything
while kyle might not be the most athletic he has a ton of heart and no fear..he would have beat both joss and rogan in that elimination
He ain't beating Joss. Rogan so scared and I really want to see him in an elimination. I think deep inside he knows he's still that guy gassed out on the first daily last year and he's fighting tooth and nail to not be exposed.
It just blows my mind that a former Olympian is not just smoking fools in these challenges. Theo has done well no doubt, but zero reason for him not to be the best overall guy in any competition.
Heavy lifting and sit-ups is great, but then you get in a situation like theyre in and soon see that you trained improperly.
