Everything you've proferred in this exchange is not reasonable, so how can you expect reasonable replies? Why is that parenthetical even necessary? Who determines what's reasonable? The most unreasonable poster of the last few hours?
bwi2 (who is pretty much the TMB expert on most things lawyer) explained it two pages ago but instead of acknowledging that, you just decided to continue with the inane questions, devil’s adovacting and then you went on the stupid slavery tangent which further undercut yourself. That’s why people would be fine with you running headfirst into a bus at this point.
Also, if everyone but you is “misconstruing” your intent in your posts, you’re probably not doing a good job of communicating your point. Also, your jokes are bad. I think that might annoy me the most.
But its not a universal truth, at least in the sense of modern day slavery. A vast majority of my students have no idea where their cloths, food, and technology come from. But your are all right, I am being disingenuous, I dont ask my students "is slavery justifiable?" I would ask like "What were the social impacts that slave trade had on Africa," and the process of them answering that question would be the same, research followed by a conclusion back with evidence. I gave the other broad question because I was annoyed with how my asking reasonable question about Barr was attacked so aggressively.
Trolling rivals MB political threads is my new favorite thing on the internet. The incoherence of arguments is amazing and devolves to fuck you you libfvck pussy after about 5 posts EVERY time. Tell me I'm not sick for doing this?
I wasn't even trying to troll, but when the neighborhood BULLIES show up, i have to use my FACTS over their FEELINGS.
I think it was when Barr was referred to as "the president's attorney" that most of us lost our shit ...
Can you fucking people take this stupid discussion to the Publix parking lot thread? I keep expecting updates and instead get this God awful debate.
Probably shouldnt have phrased it like that. I know that the AG isnt Trump's/Presidents personal lawyer, but it seems as if he is acting as one.
when your first post on the subject calls the ag the potus’ lawyer you come off like you’re either trolling or stupid. So it goes downhill from there.
fuck off you ignorant mother fucker. the fact that someone hired you to teach children baffles my mind because you’re nothing if not harmful
you literally called him his lawyer and said it was his job to “get him off”. I doubt you didn’t think he was his lawyer.
Barr isn't acting like his lawyer. He's acting like his lapdog. Trump gave him the job so he had an inside man running point for him. Trump doesn't want competent professionals. His only requirement is a willingness to debase themselves on his command.
bUt FaCtS nOt fEeLiNgS this little bullshit argument of yours encapsulates everything wrong with the ~*~intellectual right~*~
Bro I'm going to teach them how trickle down economy is the greatest invention to man and that in no way is it responsible for our giant wealth gap.
GOD FUCKING DAMNIT SHUT THE FUCK UP ALREADY! FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS HOLY TAKE THIS STUPID FUCKING ARGUMENT TO A THREAD WHERE PEOPLE GIVE A FUCK ABOUT IT!!!!
I don’t remember specifics either but I feel like I remember thinking it just sounded like the story of an autist with some social cache making a move on a girl. Maybe he invited a subordinate or co-worker to his house under false pretenses and invited her in for wine and made suggestive remarks? Something like that.
There was this interesting interview on CNN yesterday with a Clinton impeachment attorney that I have been searching for on Twitter but so far no luck. Believe his name was Guy White. Can't recall which afternoon show it was in particular (female anchor so Brooke Baldwin maybe). Anyways, comment that struck me was his claim that McConnell is fucking ruthless. And if impeachment shit eventually gets to a point he thinks it threatens the senate majority, he will throw Trump under the bus in a heartbeat. Caught me by surprise a little, wish I could find the clip
The problem McConnell has is that even if engagement is significantly driven up on the Democratic side to the point that the majority is threatened, he puts the GOP in a substantially worse position if he turns on Trump. They have nowhere else to go other than wherever Trump takes them because such a big part of their base is all in on him
Maybe so. But Pence doesn't have the cult of personality that Trump does. It's possible that his followers get in line but I don't think you can count on it.
The abortion stuff seems to be going well at the state level, they may just go with the old fashioned Republican playbook of "family values?"
