My mom used to play Garth’s Christmas album on repeat like 1,000X as a kid and I’ve seen him like five times. He’s awesome in concert.

I could be wrong, but in my experience you have to remember about presales

It's only a limited number of tickets, and they usually aren't the very best in the house. Some of the bigger arenas will probably release the back of the lower bowl. Good not great seats. We are about to find out.
