Went to Popeyes and picked up a sandwich after work and had the most bizarre experience. The line moved very quickly, they got my order exactly right, and the lady working the window was super friendly and threw in two mardi gras mustard's when I only asked for one. Plus the sandwich was incredible.
Was driving by a Popeyes at 11:20 and there was only like 6 cars in line so I pulled in figuring I could get through pretty quick. I’m still in line and have barely moved 20 minutes later. Standard operating procedure.
I gotta say, I’m pretty sure the Popeyes by my house is just a shitty Popeyes. Every time I’ve gotten the sandwich before was from there and it was just ok. This time I went to the one by my office and it was way better. Much better flavor.
Sunday it let me add and check out locally. Before I submitted I called and confirmed they did not have them. Would create a huge headache to take orders for unavailable items.
It’s slightly annoying to be without the sandwich, but really jokes on all of you. For the price of 1 sandwich I just got a dozen of archer farms’ finest chicken sandwiches.
Just arrived at mine. Insane drive through line, but only 10 people inside and everything appears normal. Manager yelling at an employee for taking a break too early, employees yelling at each other, etc.
Drove by my local last night at 7. It’s in a shopping center next to a grocery store, no drive thru option. Through the window I counted 20 people in line wrapped throughout the dining room. It’s unbelievable.
dblplay1212 210 Popeyes has the sandwhich but they are incredibly slow without the hype. Was quite the characters i saw in line there. Truckers, teenagers, business men, homeless. Two people were playing the slots while they waited looking high as fuck.
Didn't wait but I have before in a 5 person line that took 30 minutes. This line was wrapped tonthr seating area about 30 deep. I'd say it's hour wait at this point. Everytime the door opened the lone cashier said " myyy gawwwwwddddd"
