https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/life-renewed-season-2-netflix-1250759 No idea why. Show was absolute garbage.
Netflix took it over and there’s cursing and gay sex now if that’s your thing. Kal Penn remains awesome though.
Enjoyed "The King." I'm a sucker for a period piece. It's based on Shakespeare so not historically accurate, but very well done
Sirius the Jaeger is another animated show I'm gonna check out, vampire hunters and lots of violence from what I can tell yup. I breezed through it in a couple sittings. Lots of violence in a beautiful and dark environment. The last few episodes of the second season kicked ass
Started "Devil Next Door" today.... Kind of wild. I'm only in episode 2, but it's good. Follows the familiar "is he guilty" storyline.
Never thought there would be a season 2 of "it's the end off the fucking world" gonna see how they do it
Devil Next Door was very good. He was guilty of something but the Israeli trial was a kangaroo court.
The Sepinwall review was not very flattering, to the point that I’m quite tempted to just act like there’s not a 2nd season. The ending to the first season was great, and another season was unnecessary.
It's entertaining so far. Definitely plays off the first season. My biggest gripe is that the main girl has aged about 30 years in the face
Thought this was a pretty solid watch I don’t blame how either of them handled anything. They seemed like really good guys, what a shitty childhood
Guess I'll watch The King next after all of these reviews. Did y'all like it better than Outlaw King? Also, if anyone is interested:
I enjoyed it a lot. Apparently S2 is already almost done being written even without it being renewed.
Agreed fellas. I guess I'll start a Non Netflix/Disney+ thread and link it. For other platforms >> https://www.the-mainboard.com/index...-prime-hbo-max-cbs-all-acess-tubi-etc.178961/
Watching, The Movies That Made Us...Home Alone. I didn't realize John Hughes wrote so many absolute classic movies. Has to be the greatest writer for iconic comedies. He wrote... Sixteen Candles Weird Science The Breakfast Club National Lampoon's European Vacation Pretty in Pink Ferris Bueller's Day Off Planes, Trains, and Automobiles The Great Outdoors Uncle Buck National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation Home Alone All of those were from '84 to '90. What a 6 year stretch!
I had heard his name before but didn't realize he was the writer of all those movies. I'd be willing to bet the vast majority of people wouldn't know either. Not exactly a household name nowadays.
Not watched yet, it must be pretty heavy. But It looked incredible. Ww2 is fascinating, and if you like that stuff look up everything about ww1, that is even crazier.
I finished them last week. They’re awesome. I knew pretty much every story except for Dresden and the backstory and political blowback.
