I'm beyond happy to see Punk back. Didn't care if it was WWE or AEW. Ultimately he's going to return to the ring. Maybe its in NXT and that's totally fine.

When the show is good, nothing beats Mania. When the show is a drag, you'll wish you were dead. I was at Mania 31 and 32 and can attest to both.

Probably gonna get to go to NXT Takeover in my wife's company suite. I have zero interest in the Smackdown before or Raw after Mania. Same goes the HoF.
HoF has really suffered because of all the action going on around Mania. Unless it's some mega star I don't see the hook to sit around for 4 hours listening to that shit. Can always stream on the Network after.

AEW had a nice night, ratings-wise. Jumped back to the top-5 for the night and nearly re-reached the 1mm mark. NXT fell, however.
oh man that promo had all the heat, cleverness, interaction with fans, passion, and purpose of a classic Attitude Era segment. MJF stood toe to toe with Chris Jericho and looked every bit like the master's equal. Amazing how good he is at such a young age.
They have some great really young guys. I can't wait until MJF and Jungle Boy are feuding over the title.
As a person that hadn't watched since the Attitude Era, then tried to get back into it a few years ago but couldn't bare watching the Big Dog era, that was exactly what I've been waiting for. Give me promos where the entertainers are allowed to entertain, feuds that make sense and spotfest filler matches. Marko Strut and Jungle Boy will never be at the top of the card but their matches are fun to watch. Orange Cassidy is great in the small role they give him. It's so much better than watching Baron Corbin and Dolph Ziggler having a serious match for the 200th time.
He's over as fuck too. I dont think there's an act on the show that is being pushed that fans don't want to see
I enjoyed Orange Cassidy’s shtick but was like there is no way this will work on a weekly show. It’s going to get old really fast. So far I’ve been wrong and that’s exactly why. I laugh snorted when that bathroom door opened and he was just leaning on the wall hanging out. They looked at him mid brawl and slowly closed the door again. That’s some good sports entertainment.
First time I've watched Luchasaurus, and to be honest I've seen simon Miller going nuts over him and thought to myself what a ridiculous gimmick....but now I have to say I'm intrigued. I really wish AEW and NXT were on different nights. Glad AEW is going back up in the ratings. It's not a perfect show, but it is such an easier watch than RAW and SD and generally more enjoyable.
