I actually support the Frost and basically he gets 10 years minimum given how unbelievably awful it would be to fire the hometown golden boy from the program. It would be and look terrible for everyone involved. We're stuck, for better or worse, either in a putrid oblivion or he turns it around. I won't be calling for his job.

I also don't think there was a single encouraging thing about this football program outside of Wandale and JD, so obviously I'm not going to post anything encouraging. Even me, the ultimate Husk pessimist, predicted 6-6, or at best 7-5, and we underperformed even my expectations. We lost games we shouldn't have lost, we looked WORSE than last year for most of the season, and the players quit on Frost during multiple games, something I thought got fixed at the end of the season. For all the shit I and other posters appropriately gave to HCMR, Frost year 2 was abysmal by every single measure. Recruiting sucks, team morale and culture sucks, offense sucks, defense sucks, OL and DL play sucks, special teams sucks, and he mismanaged the roster by keeping Mo after the child pornography charge just to kick him out later. Literally youth at skill position is the only positive improvement, and we are so thin at WR and RB it's laughable. I mean, ignoring the national media hype, if Frost is the guy he thinks and says he is, he should be able to make marginal improvements with this or any roster. We wouldn't be a top 10 FCS (!!!!!) team in year 2. That's completely and totally unacceptable and that's on him. Regardless, I'm not calling for his job. Yay VBall team though. Also, Hoiberg will turn it around. His strategy is built on 3 and drive and D, he doesn't have the 3 point bombers yet, hard to be a good team resetting literally the entire roster. Not worried or concerned by anything that happens this year.
