The “source” for our headliners has said we are also getting Beck, Pussy Riot, Bleachers, LSDream, and Turkuaz. They claim the lineup will be out 1/14.
Nice: MMJ, Tool, and Tame Impala will make this an easy decision. I just hope they can get a bigger hip hop act like Cudi or JCole again - also would love RTJ and a full set of MMJ. Listened to LSDream last night and maybe I'm old man but it was just awful, but Im starting to like these acts at fests because lots of people will go to them and away from me.
It's an old running joke. There weren't any daft punk rumors. It's Bonnaroo's equivalent to Gruden to Tennessee.
There’s been two lineups released so far for non-genre specific festivals, right (Coachella, Bottle Rock)? So that’s a little weird to call it “above average” like there’s been 20. Maybe he means slightly better than Shaky Knees even tho that’s a rock fest?
Hangout put out their best lineup in 4 or so years and it also sold out in a few weeks which I don’t know has ever happened. Boston Calling has announced two of their headliners RHCP with john frusciante back and Foo Fighters, that’s a great start to a lineup that always has a diverse and fire undercard. Shaky Knees’ lineup is very solid. Okachobee and Buku are also out but they’re average lineups. Coachella getting Rage and Frank Ocean is great too.
Oddly enough for the first time in a long time I’m not blown away by the European summer music fest lineups. They usually make me drool and these are just average for them. Though I’m fucking pissed Bonnaroo never fucking steps up and secures Chemical Brothers early.
Let’s go. The supposed leak confirmed our headliners. Also Oysterhead, Bassnectar, Miley, Lana, RTJ, and Young the Giant. Think a few more.
Doesn't Roo give one with about two songs from each artist? Also, if anyone comes across a genre breakdown please post or link it. Someone on Reddit is usually quick with that shit.

That's not the lineup to get us out this year, unfortunately. Saw a lot of the bigger names on there last year, and really don't like a lot of the 2nd/3rd line acts.
