It feels like they were trying to tell Michael Bay to make the most “Michael Bay movie” possible, but to also make it self aware. Failed miserably to me. I also wasn’t even able to finish. Still love Ryan Reynolds though.
Just finished Marriage Story. Talk about a gut punch in some ways. Also, I heard Adam Driver walked off NPR's "Freshair" today because they decided to play some clips from the film.
Marriage story is incredible, as a child of divorce it was more relatable, but Everyone should watch it. Scarlett and Adam driver are amazing
Not sure depressing is the word. Brian’s song was depressing. The dialogue, acting, and emotion are incredible. It’s worth watching. You wont come away laughing or smiling, but you’ll feel emotions
The Squid and the Whale was one of the most things I’ve ever watched, for what it’s worth. Haven’t seen Marriage Story, though.
I haven't watched this but I like the idea of post-apocalyptic world stuff so that's too bad maybe a sign that Netflix doesn't have unlimited money to throw around with so much competition these days
Thought it was shitty and could not get past the 3rd or 4 th episode. The main character is annoying as fuck
I realize I'm a couple years late on this but Travelers is a damn good show! I'm just about through the first season so no spoilers but really enjoying it so far.
I just went through season 1. Wasn’t great but a fun post-apocalypse twist. I thought i saw something about the producer talking about season 2? Oh well.
ICYMI: Monty Python and the Holy Grail is love and streaming. No clue how you could watch anything else.
He supposedly suffers from anxiety when it comes to seeing oneself perform - and while it's easy to scoff at some highly successful Hollywood elite dealing with an issue of that sort, it's apparently a very real (crippling) thing
Yeah I couldn't finish 6 underground either. They may have a good film in the footage they shot, but the opening action sequence took way too long and I hated how it was edited. Something about sequences being sped up and fast cuts in editing was annoying as fuck and I didn't care about the characters.
I'm a child of divorce and no thanks in watching that. My childhood wasnt bad but the aspects of parents arguing, divorcing and splitting your weekends and holidays between families was experience enough the first time through. Life itself is tough enough. I don't need to be sad and miserable watching a movie.
This is why I never watch or want to watch anything in the horror genre! I want to be entertained not sitting there with anxiety.
Woke up at 5 this morning and couldn’t fall asleep so went downstairs and started watching this before kids were up. Watched first 2 episodes. Have 0 idea what is going on. I’ll give it a few more episodes
