For a no fuss weeknight meal weve been going to the Bellina alimentari wine bar at PCM a lot lately. Great food, good wine with insane pours. Highly recommend
https://www.ajc.com/business/rental-prices-have-soared-but-fewer-atlantans-are-buying-houses/ Interesting article on how much rent prices have gone up. Didn't realize builders were forced to build higher priced housing because of land costs. Bless their hearts.
I mean there are like 40 stops and most of them are near a hotel Tell us more You could stay at the airport
for a potential weekend in which I'd try to hit Lenox, 3 Taverns, Orpheus, New Realm, Fox Bros and a United game
I’d probably stay somewhere in midtown then. Hilton Garden Inn, Renaissance, W, Hyatt Centric, Artmore, and Loews all very close walk to midtown and arts center station. Might be some cool air bnbs around, too. Check out Torched Hop and Heirloom Market while you’re here. Shoot me a pm closer to time.
There is a Marriott on Decatur Square, easy walk to Marta and very close to 3 Taverns I'd avoid staying in downtown bc it sucks There are a million hotels between 17th street and North Avenue, on Peachtree or a block off. Pick one. Stay at the new Clairmont Hotel. Not near marta
A lot of people think Cobb won’t approve Marta because of racism but it’s actually because they don’t won’t brown people eating at the Cumberland mall CF
The Kirkwood Next Door is beyond racist with all the dog whistles. I'd Imagine OTP they just drop Hard Rs regularly
Ive disclosed the locations of two Cheesecake Factories and he can’t even give me a “thanks.” Good eats should transcend rivalries
That's bull crap I was never a prick. I asked for more detail and gave you an answer specific to your needs
Just booked my hotel for our game vs WVU. Dragoncon driving up the prices makes me hate them. Ended up with the Hampton Inn in Buckhead
Yeah, nothing is getting built in the lower to middle of the market. Even townhouses are starting north of $400K. Everything under $400k is a renovation. Economics don't work to built anything less than $700k.
see ya.....had a realtor here today, gonna list the house in march and we're heading north of Piedmont Park. Looking at Midtown West/Moore's Mill east to Oak Grove and Sagamore Hills in North DeKalb. Our northern border for the search is Windsor Parkway.
