Have access to 5-6 east cobb next door accounts/neighborhoods, not racist but all are gold. Also more competent than all of your RE agents.
It was a joke because they literally built 2 on Piedmont and the only thing separating the 2 new Hampton Inn's is a Kroger shopping center.
Lime Scooters are leaving Atlanta - citing high impound fees and a ban on using them at night as the primary drivers. https://www.ajc.com/news/local/lime...-scooter-impound-fees/0xL0NUZa2aDs2pt0eQ6JQI/

“when the car in front of you on Dekalb is turning left into the Krog St Tunnel” with a gif from Interstellar saying this little maneuver is gonna cost us 51 years
it kills me and then the overly cautious driver who goes into the reversible lane with the Big Red X staring at them to turn left....so that we have two drivers looking to turn into never ending traffic.
Small world. We've been in the neighborhood for 8 years and love it. Once Grana opens our walkable dining options will be top tier aside from Fat Matt's which is overrated to an insane degree
I'm just renting with two other guys. Only been in the neighborhood a few months now. It is definitely weird living in such a nice neighborhood that I'll probably never be able to afford to buy in. Location is hard to beat.
Anyone in here ever lived in one of the Midtown apartment buildings (e.g., Vireo, Azure, Piedmont House)? They’re nice, but man 800 sq feet is small for 2K/month. Thinking I may go the Craigslist route and try to deal with someone directly trying to lease a condo.
I lived near Rock Springs a couple years ago. I’ll never forget all of the accidents along my stretch of Monroe.
How’s the pool scene? Am 30, single - was trying to get s vibe for a typical resident but they can’t release that info. Was leaning PH because they’re about 150 sq, feet larger but heard good things about Azure
Plaza Midtown for several years. I loved it. But eventually we just wanted more space and got tired of all the construction noise.
My buddy bought in Berkeley Park ~5 years and just popped the top on his house. He's going to make an absolute killing
Pool on top of the building is incredible. Piedmont Park is across the street. Short walk to the beltline. Concierge is great at the front desk. Let me know if you're interested and I can refer you
There are some great houses available down there, just don't want to get buried too far in making a tough ride up to perimeter in the am. Been in East Lake for 7 years and renovated two years ago. Getting north is a beast in the morning no matter if I go 20 to the connector or go through L5P > Inman Park.
https://www.freshtix.com/events/david-cross-atlanta Highland ballroom becoming a nice comedy venue has been wonderful. $15 for David Cross at that venue is insane.
Damn going to be out of town for this. Been going to ten buck comedy for awhile now and it was really good two weeks ago.
Going to the Hawks game tonight. Didn't go to one last year. Anywhere I can park for free within a 15 walk of State Farm?
