I literally answered what you ask. There are four which I’ve tried. michelob ultra, corona premiere, day time ipa and slightly mighty. They are all around 3 carbs each so a 12 pack would be pushing it if you’re allowing yourself 50 grams a day. Out the of the 4 the best by far is the slightly mighty by dogfish head than the day time: The SM tastes like an ipa the day time a little less. The Ultra and Premiere are what you’d expect from those brands. After 2-3 weeks of no booze and full keto any of them will get you going. I’d pour a half shot of cheap Jim Beam in them when I wanted to watch UCLA sports.

you can eat fruit. Certain berries are very low in carbs. Berries and whip cream are great keto dessert.
If you are going to make your own with a keto sweetener, don’t whip the cream by hand if you can avoid it. I did it to avoid digging the mixer out of a box in the attic and it was a pain in the ass.
I like this quite a bit. Add some unsweetened almond milk and it’s great. Also keeps me surprisingly full. Zero net carbs per 2 scoops. Pricey tho.

Started up 3 weeks ago, just before the holidays. Was at 240 when I started and now at 221. Crazy how well this diet works for me. The one thing I haven't been able to do is get on the Peloton. My son was born last week so between the no sleep, work and me not eating a ton of calories -- I've had no energy to exercise. Anyone eat anything specific to try to get up for a cardio work out?
Cooked up some hamburger, threw in some pork meatballs, some pepperoni, tossed in some Rao’s, tossed it in a bowl and cover with mozzarella. Who needs noodles?
Made a ‘keto pizza’ by browning what amounted to a mozzarella patty so that it was like a crispy pocket of melted cheese in the middle, then hit it with a little sauce and pepperoni. That charred cheese gives off a wood fire crust vibe.
One of these With one of these inside, plus whatever else you want to make a wrap with. Have everything else ready to go. Follow the directions to crisp the cheese in the microwave. Incorporate in into your sandwich and fold or roll it up. I have been making them with leftover brisket and they are god tier. Works with chicken salad, deli meat, or whatever else you would make a sandwich or wrap with. Much better than trying to use them as a stand alone wrap. Can try different layering strategies depending on what you put in it. You get about 30 seconds or so to get the cheese crisp in the wrap and formed before it hardens. Folios aren't the cheapest things though. $4.99 for 4 Pretty sure you could figure out how to do your own in the microwave from shredded cheese and parchment paper but haven't really tried.
Found these at the grocery store. Not sure what it is exactly. It says Hard Seltzer but at the bottom it says "beer". Hops are in the ingredients. I have tried the Orange and Blueberry. They actually do taste similar to a fruity IPA but obviously much lighter. I didn't even see the hops/beer part until I tried the blubbery, and thought it was that flavor combination that made it taste like beer until I read the box closer. May get tired of them but I'm a fan for now at 1g. They also had an actual Blonde Ale that are 3g but I didn't try them.
I do tacos 2x a week and crush like 4 tacos every night. Those wraps taste better than your traditional grocery store wraps imo

I’ve made this a few times. It’s incredibly good and delicious. Highly recommend. Gotta be careful not to overly sauté the tomatoes. When I went off keto I added shrimp to it and a little bit of fusilini pasta.
I started back on keto two weeks ago. Already down about 10 pounds. Been about 6 months since I last did it. So many more food options this go around.
stuck with it pretty well during the holiday thanksgiving was a no go, but christmas was easy (bacon wrapped filets if you follow the bbq thread ) new year’s was a shitshow still steady at 144 which was sorta my target, but the waste is at 28” and i’m wearing size small tops depending on the length pretty satisfied overall

I started last year and have been off and on, over the last 6 months there has been keto friendly ice cream (8 total carbs per pint) and quest frozen pizzas (12 total carbs per pizza) that has shown up at my local grocery stores and those are game changers. Feels like there has been tons of food developed over the last several months that are keto friendly.
Tonic water is a kind of coke pop. Even the 'diet' ones probably have undesirable sweeteners. You need Club Soda/Soda Water or a sparkling water/seltzer.
Enlightened brand has Keto Collection pints with 4g in the whole pint. Or ice cream bars that have 4 bars in a box with 1g each. Pretty much the same thing. I have to watch myself with those though. I went overboard with a few of the bars and some peanut butter quest cookies I made one night. The next day my stomach was all fucked up and my asshole was burning like I ate a habanero.

Not sure if you're a Costco member but they sell 10 packs of those Folios instead of 4 packs...I forget the price, but definitely less than $1 a wrap.
