No, it didn't. It started by someone saying they didn't like tats and the hot girl would be hotter without them. Bullshit. That's like saying hair has no affect. Or saying girls with gauges in their ears has no affect. People like different things. I like hair. I don't like gauges in ears. I don't like tats. Can a girl be bald, tatted, and have gauges and still be hot? Yes. In most cases I think she'd be hotter with hair and without gauges and tats.

I don't think it's thinking a girl isn't hot without a tattoo, but, for me at least, it's a compounding affect if an attractive girl and a really good looking tattoo.
