No one may agree with me, but I thought this crossover deserves its own thread. Everything about it has looked fantastic, and it saves the trouble posting in the threads of the individual shows. Begins Sunday.
I've been watching Arrow and Flash, but not the other shows. I don't even know which shows they are. I assume Supergirl. is there another?
I think it's great. I thought it was currently running, but there hasn't been a new ep since May so I'm all caught up.
Five episodes. One more and then we have to wait until January for the last two. I was mistaken thinking Black Lightning was an “official” episode. It was just a tie in.
we called it with the other flash having to make the sacrifice, but i loved what they did with the callback to the pilot of the original flash tv series from 30 years ago. that was a great touch
Just watched the first 3. This has been good. Love all the Easter eggs. Sucks we have to wait for the last two episodes.
Hate seeing Routh’s Superman leave, but the Lex twist is perfect. I can’t believe how much I enjoy Cryer’s version of Luthor.
Two episodes back to back. One Arrow and then Legends. Pretty much getting a movie tonight to finish the crossover.
Right? And I know execs have said they feel both properties are part of the multiverse, I never expected them to actually put them together on screen. Definitely makes me more intrigued about Flash’s director saying it will explore a “different Flashpoint.” Now I wouldn’t be shocked at all if we see Grant Gustin, and that makes me fanboy out pretty hard. They’ve really done a fantastic job with this crossover so far.
Really big fan of showrunners realizing they have lightning in a bottle and adjusting their plans accordingly. Obviously they’ve realized Cryer (shockingly) is an incredible Lex Luthor, and we are getting a lot more of him moving forward.
I like the decision to essentially wrap up Crisis last episode and use this one to set up the new status quo moving forward.
I thought the same. I rewinded it and still heard Conner. Weird way to get rid of him. I thought he was going to be in the new canary show.
Also weird for Diggle to tell Her Connor is gone. Does Sara even know he exists? Regardless, minor complaint to me in a crossover I’m thoroughly enjoying.
Damn. They really combined them all together. I’m frankly shocked WB let the Arrowverse still call itself Earth Prime.
Looking forward to more 2 part crossovers now that everyone is on 1 earth EDIT: Also top moments of the crossover
well i am an idiot and didn't realize there was an episode of arrow that was part of this, so i jumped right into part 5/legends of tomorrow. that threw me a lot, but i figured i just didn't remember as much from before the break as i thought read the first couple of posts from this week and realized i missed an entire episode so went back and watched (after finishing 5). still was great (loved the flash crossover!!) and i thought they did a tremendous job with the whole thing.
