What does it mean for police to “cut ties” with someone. Like if he calls them are they just going to not show up?
Their headline forced me to read the first paragraph “Hollywood police said this is the third domestic incident involving Brown in their city in the past three months and they’re tired of it. They’re so tired of it that they told Brown he’s no longer welcome as a benefactor and volunteer with the PAL youth football team.”
Imagine being so batshit the police give you your money they were using to fund youth sports leagues back
Weirdly this is the moment I take ABs side. I'm sure Rosenhaus did his best, but dropping him now that he probably needs someone the most isn't a great look. I'vr gone from "Fuck AB" to "Somebody needs to help AB". I did not see this coming. This dude needs to be forced in for a mental eval and I don't know who can do this.
rosenhaus has been desperately trying to help AB get a job for 6 months now and AB is doing everything in his power to prevent that I have no issues with Rosenhaus deciding AB is beyond helping at this point
I guess no one will hire him to catch a football. My jobs done here. Fuck the fact he may be a danger to himself and others.
I have no problem with Rosenhaus dropping him. Drew isn't a Doctor, he's an agent. He can still be a friend and try support him. Doesn't mean he has to be his agent and have to deal with ABs bullshit.
Drew is his sports agent and if it isn’t clear to you he hasn’t listened to anything drew has told him since the raiders saga idk why you’d think he’d listen to him now
Maybe he will try to help, but I don't see him as that type of guy. Rosenhaus is the king of self promotion and in 30 years I don't recall one story of him helping a client with addiction or personal strife. Maybe I'm wrong, I am a lot.
what part of what we’ve witnessed from AB the last 6 months make you believe he is listening to any bodies advice?
I saw that Rosenhaus said he would be willing to be his agent again after he gets some help. That honestly seems like the best move he could make to actually help the man.
The people who should be trying to help a mentally ill person are not their business associates or employees. it should be their friends, family, and medical professionals. it would be nice for an agent to do what he can to help, but who knows what Rossenhous has done to this point? What's to say Rossenhaus hasn't exhausted every effort to help, and AB is off the fucking rails and Rossenhaus just needs to step away and be done with it? I don't think you can blame anyone for distancing themselves from this guy at this point.
Rosenhaus did the same with Manziel and then dropped him when Manziel didn't enter a program by their agreed deadline. Team Rosenhaus here
Well, it could be as simple as: AB is not collecting a paycheck = Rosenhaus doesn't want to represent him. AB gets help and a team is willing to sign him and give him a paycheck = Rosenhaus would be willing to represent him.
Or it could be the fact that Rosenhaus’ job is being an agent and he doesn’t have to work with clients he feels are not worth the work. In this case it’s probably the additional drama AB creates and the fact he has actively damaged every opportunity Rosenhaus has created for him.
An opinion in a Pittsburgh newspaper puts some of the blame on Rosenhaus. Who knows how accurate this is...
One of the neighbors that broke the story said he refused to pay a moving company and then proceeded to throw rocks at them
