Franks just might need a change of scenery. He's got all the physical tools in the world. It's between the ears that's the problem. He lets all the outside noise get to him. He goes to a new school, there's no pressure. If Briles can keep it simple with single reads he'll be better than anyone on that roster last year. If they ask him to go through progressions, you'll be drinking glass by week 3.
Its not hard to raise the floor. But I agree they have done a nice job using the portal to improve the team. Other bottom feeding programs would be wise to use the portal in the same way.
