She bled but told him not to ejaculate on her face. She also had injuries that suggested nonconsensual sex. Full disclosure, I just read this article https://www.thedailybeast.com/kobe-...ce-the-accusers-story-and-the-half-confession
Injuries that could also have been from consensual sex. People really need to stop pretending like they know what happened. I could sit here and recount that she immediately turned around and had sex with someone else (whose semen was in her panties for her rape kit) and that she bragged to friends at a party the next day about having sex with him, but I know that victims react in weird ways. I don't know what happened and neither does anyone else ITT.
I suppose when discussing the legacy of a particular public figure on your favorite basketball team, this part should be left out then?
The level of it sucking, certainly. As far as global impact, not sure there's been something like this since Princess Diana
Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners (SANE) at the Valley View Hospital in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. “[The nurse] stated that there were several lacerations to the victim’s posterior fourchette or vaginal area, and two of those lacerations were approximately one centimeter in length,” testified Det. Winters. “And there were many, I believe, 2 millimeter lacerations. Too many to count… [The nurse] stated that the injuries were consistent with penetrating genital trauma. That it’s not consistent with consensual sex.”
Fucking gross man. She mistakenly wore used undergarments to the rape kit test that had semen and a hair follicle from sex with someone else a few days prior. The non consensual tears were within 24 hours and she only had sex with him in that time frame. I know there are a lot of people that will excuse sexual misconduct because someone is excellent at a craft (there are still many Michael Jackson and Cosby fans), but I didn’t expect so many of them to be part of the vocal left of this board.
My parents always give great Christmas presents. They got this in a silent auction for my brother, but autographed by both of them. Even today I asked how much they spent and wouldn’t tell me. They reiterated that it was tax deductible because it was a charity auction.

i'm not a nascar person but i think the closest thing in the sporting world is earnhardt. earnhardt is synonymous with racing and nascar in the same way that kobe is with basketball. 20 years ago, a random person could probably name jeff gordon and earnhardt in the same way that a random person could probably name lebron and kobe. the nba is just a bigger sport (and kobe is retired and didn't die playing) so it's not a perfect comparison. but it's close as far as how big of a figure in their sport they were imo.
Nothing will surpass the Princess Diana reaction. Ever. There are so many weird complexities with British people which help explain why the irrational hysteria her death caused that it would take too much effort to help explain the bulk of them. There were worried that the mourners would storm Buckingham Palace. That’s French Revolution crazy.
I’m curious to see where this puts Blade, Uber Copter and other services. They’re becoming ubiquitous in LA, NYC and I’m sure other places. I’ve received dozens of texts from people saying to not take helicopters today. Seems overblown—and I’m curious about your risk of fatality vs, say, taking a Southern California freeway every day—but still will make an impact on their businesses I bet.
Is this the new standard? We have to visibly observe something to conclude that it happened? You’ll realize how wrong you are on this take eventually.
The Earnhardt thing was just so hard to comprehend because of how tame the crash was compared to the average NASCAR wreck. How could someone named “The Intimidator” die like that?
I dont take issue with anyone bringing it up except for the NBA Not once did I hear that shit when they were marketing him to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars, but now that he's not valuable to them anymore, sure, throw it in the obit And choosing to make their players go out and dribble that fucking ball when they're collectively distraught. Both are offputting and really letting us know who runs the show here. Which is somehow lost on people as seen in this thread through galaxy brain blaming of inclement weather for depressed wages of stadium workers, not the owner worth 20B being a greedy pig choosing to not pay her employees
Not claiming to know a lot about the case, but I think he clearly meant that he didn’t receive a vocal consent the way that I’d imagine most sexual encounters don’t have an explicit vocal consent.
Definitely take that guy at his word! https://www.nymag.com/intelligencer/amp/2019/10/why-to-be-skeptical-of-michael-baden-on-epsteins-death.html
From the IRS Donors who purchase items at a charity auction may claim a charitablecontribution deduction for the excess of the purchase price paid for an item over its fair market value. The donor must be able to show, however, that he or she knew that the value of the item was less than the amount paid.Dec 20, 2019

I mean, the Colorado DA was who was trying to call him to the stand to refute the defense's expert. It's not like he was part of Bryant's defense team.
if you want to tag me, tag me. don't allude to my post. it'd be great if everyone who worked at the arenas made more money and weren't reliant on gameday operations to proceed to make their rents or mortgages or pay for diapers and formula. are you trying to convince me/others that income inequality is a problem? what a dumb fucking post. hopefully you meet some people who live paycheck-to-paycheck when you phone bank or knock on doors.
Someone threadbanned Lipp and Pesci. Was not me. But I just lifted them. I think it's a conversation worht having.
Someone on reddit also came up with the reference I didn’t feel was appropriate to post and he got torn to shreds. It’s good to know there are people out there with a worse filter than mine.
Elvis was pretty shocking and had a massive reaction. I was in 3rd grade and still remember it vividly.
have you ever lived with a woman? Some of them are pretty careless with their laundry and I’d imagine it might be even worse if you recently were violently assaulted.
