#preprocessed But who knows. Our bball docs wouldn't clear Jared Butler who's now playing pretty well for Baylor. Wonder who has the final say in these things
CB Kendall Sheffield was 20 overall in the 2015 class and transferred from Alabama to Ohio State. He became a starter and got drafted by the Falcons in the 4th round 111 overall.
Our doctors wouldn’t clear Jamel Dean after he enrolled at OSU. He transferred to Auburn and went on to be a 3rd round draft pick.
Jarvis Jones is the best example of a guy who transferred due to injury but found success elsewhere. USC wouldn’t clear him after a neck injury so he went to Georgia and became a two-time All American.
Was really hoping y'all didn't get involved. FSU felt good until then. Looks like the UCLA guys is backup plan
Landon Dickerson was a 5* transfer who had a really nice year for us last year. Needs to cut down on the meathead bullshit though.
I guess we could count Justin Boren too. Top-100 kid, transferred to OSU from Michigan when RR was hired. Became a two year starter and All Big Ten OL.
QB Peyton Ramsey from IU entered the portal. Played OK with Penix out but wasn't going to start next year. Won't be a bad option, though he won't be a starter unless he moves down a label.
good route runner, poor blocker, hands appear and disappear at random. overall good WR but goddamn some of his drops killed us. when he's on, he's on and when he's off, boy is he off.
Actually a good blocker when he wants to be...everything with him depends on his attitude, desire, and focus. Yeah he had drops but he also made some big time catches. He's also a great redzone target. Just throw it up and let him go get it type of guy.
He's amazing in the red zone. Would have been a huge contributor. I was personally really sad to lose him.
#Oklahoma Sooners grad transfer LB Levi Draper is transferring to Arkansas after graduating in May. Will have two years of eligibility left ST guy for OU, will likely start for us. Highly rated out of HS but hasn’t worked out for him yet.
We tried to bulk him up to handle being a starting back. He lost a lot of his speed, quickness, and apparently the ability to hang on to the football. He can still be a solid player if he slims back down, but he’ll never able to handle RB1 carries. Could be a good third down back though.
Yeah, we’re just looking for someone to backup Master Teague. We have some potential guys but no one really proven.
Randy Edsall does NOT want the soft minded pussies out of the transfer portal for his program built on toughness and winning
You could say the same thing about the group of independent football programs that aren’t service academies.
