Looks like the mom rented a storage unit and put all the kids stuff in there after they disappeared. Hoping these children are still alive somewhere, but not looking great. F these parents. https://www.yahoo.com/huffpost/miss...mom-stepfather-found-in-hawaii-203314274.html
They're Mormon, I believe. I thought I remembered reading somewhere he was excommunicated by the church because he was claiming to be a prophet.
think that’s correct - he had some near death experience or something & now thinks he’s half here & half in the afterlife or some Looney Tunes shit like that
hes LDS but a fanatic and xec said he was excommunicated I could be wrong but I think this “sex cult” they have been rumored to be apart of is separate from that
He wasn’t excommunicated for being a Doomsday nut. He was excommunicated for proclaiming himself to be a Prophet. The LDS Church always acts quickly and decisively when someone does that. When he proclaimed his status as a Prophet I began to understand that he was establishing a cult. The posts above are the first I have heard of a sexual aspect to his ‘cult’. But, most cults do/did seem to have/have had a sexual aspect that runs again the grain of what society demand as normal.
Charles Vallow eventually filed divorce documents in an Arizona court last February claiming that Lori believed she was a "translated being" and "a god assigned to carry out the work of the 144,000 at Christ's second coming in July 2020," The Arizona Republic newspaper reported. He also accused Lori of threatening to kill him if he got in her way, prompting him to seek a protection order. "He was highly concerned about it: Her emotional state, her mental state, and the fact that she had made threats about him," Kay Woodcock said Tuesday. "It all culminated into that cult that she's in." Lori Vallow and Daybell did Preparing A People podcasts run by a small multimedia company that says it's not a cult or even a group to join and distanced itself from the couple's beliefs. It advertises its lectures, podcasts and videos as readying people for the second coming of Jesus Christ. Charles and Lori Vallow's divorce was never completed - Charles was killed in July by Lori's brother, Alex Cox. Cox told authorities that the shooting was in self-defense after Charles Vallow hit him with a baseball bat, but the case is unsolved. Whatever the findings, Cox won't stand trial - he died of unknown causes in December. Toxicology results could take weeks.
Julie Rowe, a self-described "visionary" and "energy worker" who says she has long been friends with Daybell, uploaded a video on her website defending him and claiming his innocence in the children's disappearances and the death of his previous wife. She said Daybell repeatedly told her he had a vision of Tammy's death. Rowe claimed to have the same vision. "My angels tell me that Chad Daybell is being falsely accused of the suspicious death of his wife," she said in the video. "I have talked to Tammy's spirit."
FYI they usually don’t turn out well, go listen to last pod on the left Jim Jones stuff for a good idea
5k is like 3 miles. I mean, I'm sure Chad killed her but let's not pretend she was a highly tuned athletic machine in her prime.
Just saw a report that the mom has the daughter's cell phone in her possession. Not sure how much that means. Also saw the mom gave away the son's service dog just before the kids went missing. Not sure how they are just walking free when the kids have been missing for 6 months. Waterboard these two and get some answers.
CBS News reports that Ryan's phone has been used several times after her disappearance, but it's unknown who has been using it. A text was reportedly sent from Ryan's phone to a worried friend on Oct. 25, 2019, more than a month after she went missing: "hi. missing you guys too... luv ya." The recipient said the text didn't sound like Ryan Also in October, two small Venmo payments were reportedly sent from Ryan's account to a family member
This is boring compared to the Chris Watts case. That was like Michael Bay and M. Night Shymalan collaborating on the most absurdly bizarre murder script of all time.
