Bob went from CBJ, a defensive-oriented team that blocked shots, etc., to the Panthers, who give up scoring chances regularly. No one is saying that Bob is playing at his usual level, but he's on a completely different team with a completely different system and they aren't helping him out at all.
Bob isn’t the best with rebound control and the panthers don’t clear the front of the net. It’s a horrible combo.
You’re right. For a guy who’s the 2nd highest paid player at his position .890 isn’t great. I feel like you could get any number of guys to do that for about 1/12 of the cost.
With the way Columbus’ goalies are playing this year I’m beginning to wonder if Bob owes Torts and their goalie coach a shit ton of money
Yeah it sucks but such is life. If you want to really laugh, to look at our schedule from the beginning of March to the end of the season.
We are 15 points clear of the Kings but we are for sure going to pick fourth. At this point Wings fans are just waiting for Seider’s call up.
Been watching NHL Network all weekend, gotta prepare my anus for when our new team arrives. Has it been announced what division we'll be in?
we have both of Adam foote’s kids. The one who’s a defensemen is the better prospect but Nolan was a late 1st rounder. That’s a pretty good haul for NJ though based on what other sellers at the deadline usually get.
Coleman is a versatile player with offensive ability on a fantastic deal for another year. Home run for Tampa.
He’s a beast, the 5v5 goal and shot numbers the past few years are elite and he’s a menace on the PK. And his AAV is 1.8
I like that he’s signed another year at those numbers also. Still a solid trade for the devils though. A lot will depend on how Vancouver does the last 25 games of the year. If I remember correctly that pick goes to the devils if the canucks make the playoffs. If they don’t, then the pick rolls over and either next year or the year after the pick is unprotected. Nolan Foote won’t be a star but should make the nhl at some point and be a decent forward.
He pissed me off during our series a few years ago so glad to have him on board. NJ did well, Foote is going to be a solid player. Lightning do this for a run this year and with an eye towards next year when they’re going to have to move some guys out.
