If I had even passable penmanship I’d go hard on this. As it stands, everything I write looks like it was done by an elementary school boy (most elementary school girls probably blow my penmanship out of the water).
So even though the entire world is falling apart around us, my tiny home was delivered this weekend. Located 4 miles outside entrance to Mt Rainier National Park. Going to build a 10 x 10, 12 x 12 deck outside the front for an area to chill, put a trellis over the top of that. Fire pit on the property once the house is ready. Finally coming together. The plan was to have it on airBNB and ready for rentals in a few weeks, but who fucking knows now. Spoiler
So far I’ve only had one cancellation on my rental properties. And it was booked by someone else within 24 hours. expecting more cancellations and slowed bookings but hopefully it won’t be too bad
I don't think a whole lot. But even though it's on wheels, it's not really that mobile. I think it's a hell of a lot cheaper, too. It's classified as an RV, so I was able to finance it on a 15 year note like an RV. I did a shitload of research, this is the company I decided on: https://www.escapetraveler.net/
Bought the lot for $17,500, all cash. It was cheaper because there was no septic installed -- which is costing me approx $20K. Looking at a lot up in the Mr Baker area at a similar price, hoping to do the same thing. But everything is on hold right now for obvious reasons.
That's exactly where I want to do it. I get back tomorrow and was going to look into it. No point right now
I've done a lot of research and been up in the Baker area 2-3 times just to look. There are a bunch of cheap lots in certain neighborhoods, and after talking to contractors they're all in agreement -- don't buy in that neighborhood, lots of crime. Feel free to PM for some specifics.
Right smack in it! The property is just south of Ashford, on the other side of the Nisqually river Spoiler I've accepted that if Rainier erupts, it will be a minor inconvenience.
Where is the best place to buy an xbox right now? I think the quarantine is going to be fairly long-term so I'd like to play some games with my brothers and friends. Also, are online games cross-platform yet? One of my brothers has a PS4. Can we hop on the newest Call of Duty together or is that impossible?
Pretty sure amazon had them without the disc reader for like 150 around Christmas, not sure if that is still available, seemed cheap to me.
Bout time for some new ones. The science behind these is pretty interesting. Never thought I'd be in Nikes again.
Has anyone used butcherbox (or something similar) to get meat sent directly to them? I'm looking into that as I think about how often I'd need a grocer and if they'd perhaps be low on fresh meat.
I used crowd cow to order some wagyu recently. If their standard stuff is half as good it’s a great way to get meat.
A friend of mine own's a butcher shop (3rd generation business) that only deals in prime grade meat. Not the cheapest option but quality is top notch. I usually send his stuff as gifts to friends and business partners. Not sure how it'd compare to butcherbox. https://catulloprimemeats.com/
Cool, thanks. The one I found with more research is called US Wellness Meats and they have a bunch of different things, including rabbit, elk, organs, etc. It was highly regarded on some of the paleo/keto/all meat places i was looking.
Visually, yeah they look similar, but I've never ran in Ultraboosts. I always thought they they were just Dad shoes?
I don’t believe this is a correct comparison. Think these nikes are the highest level of tech in a readily available me running shoe.
