FWIW, if the bill gets passed tonight or tomorrow as scheduled, the 2-3 day delay was well worth it in order to slightly fix McConnell’s garbage bill. So my grandfather finally got that surgery to remove his eye yesterday (outpatient) and now that he is feeling better him and my grandmother think everything is totally normal and are going out and about like normal because “it’s overblown”. My mom was staying with them and just left and told them good luck. So that’s cool. Wonder where they got that idea.
