Where should my wife and me get take-out from tonight? I see Saw's Juke Joint has crawfish...I am nervous to call for pricing. We are sans kids and I'm open to anything downtown/East side of town.
This looked good. Plot twist: as usual, my wife wants shitty food. I have two prime NY strips that I need to convince her to prefer. I called Saw's about crawfish..$11/lb. NO THANKS
Not for tonight, but Red Mountain Crawfish Returns parks their truck behind Jim and Nicks/Hamburger Heaven in Oxmoor and are selling them for $5/lb boiled until they run out. Got some last week and they were fucking awesome.
if my wife had just read the last 3 posts she’d be crying, we just moved from Crestwood and she won’t stop talking about how much she misses it vineyard market is the tits
we used Cox and Don Fence Company out of Pleasant Grove to put a privacy fence along the front facing part of my yard (didn't go all the way around) simple small easy job but they were fantastic, easy to work with, and the cheapest of 3 contractors I had quote it.
Kay is finally doing something. All non essential business now shut down state wide. Basically mirrors the JeffCo order through April 17
Had my first yesterday as a matter of fact. I liked it but I'm an easy customer. Bought it when replenishing the supplies at Winn-Dixie.
Avondale, sorry. Looks like it might just be a session IPA though, which doesn’t excite me. I like the can though.
Fuck her. Fun fact, her nickname is “Gay Ivey” amongst certain circles in State. She kicked her lesbian lover to the curb when she started riding in political prominence. Complete fucking pandering, sell out
Started the Stone Hollow Farmstead CSA today. Seemed like a good idea since I’m going to be home for the foreseeable future and have more time to cook. I was impressed with my first 1/4 share.
Yep, impossible to hide a rig that badass and it’s gained a groundswell on social media, so lots of eyes looking.
Other than it being Alabama led by Kay Ivey: now that every state around us has a stay at home order effective tomorrow, surely we get one by Saturday?
We have one in Tuscaloosa. It really hasn’t meant much honestly. My wife and I still have to work in our office
I'm in the same boat. My boss is very old school so I'm still going into the office every day even though I could work remotely if they'd buy me a damn laptop. Trying to figure out the best way to respectfully tell him he's being negligant.
She was getting roasted on twitter yesterday and rightfully so. As terrible as he was, Bentley was so much better suited to lead in this situation.
Yes, Bentley was a doctor and would actually understand what medical words mean, but his downfall was that he didn't know "the Cloud" existed, so there's that.
