More an infrastructure concern than a course concern, especially over there as some of the courses are tougher to get to.
I have a lot of cool course photos but very few of me actually playing. This was a couple years ago at Peachtree. And no, that is not a white belt. It's that seersucker design smathers and branson from the Masters.
None with me in the shot but here's a few I have stashed from places I've played Arcadia Bluffs Pelican Hill North Spoiler Treetops Resort Threetops Spoiler Ojai Valley Inn (one of my favorite local-ish places to play, check out the NLU Tourist Sauce vid about it, very retro feel) Spoiler
How “local” is Ojai for you? My company is based out of Ventura so I’m up there quite a bit. Had a team event at the Inn, but haven’t gotten out to golf there just yet.
its about 85 miles away from me but luckily mid-week they are pretty dead so I can bang out a solo round real quick and get back home by dinner. Ojai is one of the only good courses I can use my Hot Deal bonus vouchers on (shout out to Jigga) so lots of 12:40 type tee times where I show up at 11 and they send me out right away with the course near-empty and I'm home by 5.
