It’s 33% for 100,000 43% for 250.000 Sure, you pay 52% at 250k, but you didn’t pay that much on the previous 150k because the tax rates gradually increase. yes. It was supposed to be for 1 year But I kept changing. I think her mother was loaded because it wasn’t no shitty apartment complex. I was laying about 2500 a month. I was living there for 4 years when we bought a company in south Florida running it not knowing how long until we moved it to Orlando. I now have all the companies in 1 city, Lake Mary, and close on my house in 3 weeks.
