A group of these types in the row behind me talked (or screamed) at each other through the whole Tyler Childers set then couldn't stop making beer/piss runs through Sturgill's set. I don't get why they even showed up.
I have zero issue telling someone to shut the fuck up at a concert or movie, and have gotten ushers involved multiple times. Chompers are the absolute worst.
2:21 PM - Governor of Virginia declares a state of emergency. Confirmed coronavirus cases are up to 17, have reached all corners of the state at this point. He urges people to socially distance themselves and avoid large crowds to help stem the tide of the virus. 5:17 PM - Email from Ticketmaster I’m honestly not usually a nervous nellie, but it really does seem impractical to go at this point. Especially considering how many other shows across the country have been cancelled. Idk man, strange times we live in
Just blasted the sound & fury vinyl on the back porch so all the neighbors could hear. That last part of fastest horse in town
no email, but our Dallas tour date was officially postponed and given a new date here: https://www.sturgillsimpson.com/agoodlookntour#
This tour is about to delayed as fuck. All of it. Should have went the first week to Birmingham or Knoxville BIGASSTITTIES
I genuinely think a large portion of folks go to concerts as an excuse to solely get fucked up and sing the hits at the top of their lungs. Actually enjoying a show, downloading bootlegs, looking at set lists are things diehards do. The older I get, the more often I HATE the crowds at shows I go to.
They treat it like a football game where talking during a show is the same as talking while the team is in the huddle. Go to the lobby and talk. Wait til set break. Ive been told Tiffin is a die-hard chomper.
Entire tour has been postponed to the Fall. Hoping this means Hampton gets a rescheduled date since it was cancelled
I'm really annoyed they haven't just outright canceled the tour. People are hurting and have hundreds of dollars tied up in these tickets to a show that was supposed to already take place and now has been postponed 6+ months
Yea, I've got over $500 in tickets to see Stapleton that was postponed till November and no known opener or any real idea if it will even happen I'd kinda just rather have my money back, especially with all the uncertainty and not knowing how tight times will get
If you go on his Instagram, in the comments under his last post (the Breaking Bad picture), he’s in there explaining the issues with the tour and refunds and canceling.
When the XFL game we had tickets for was cancelled Ticketmaster said it would be 30 days before we saw our refund.
I don’t think there’s any difference in the jacket between versions. I have the VMP and red webstore exclusive and they’re the same (other than the foil stamp for VMP)
Off topic but your avatar reminds me that I've been on a Bingham binge lately. Need to order one of his vinyls too.
They should be all relatively easy to find. Might need to look for Mescalito on Discogs because I think it’s out of print right now
