Still going. Just missed me, but hit northern RC and will hit the airport very soon. Could hear the hail...fell about 4 miles from me. Lot of thunder from the main cell + the little thing trying to get going west of RC
A look at where we're going with warnings, likely sooner than later https://www.washingtonpost.com/weather/2020/05/03/nws-facets-storm-warnings/
We had some damage from straight line winds in Alabama a couple of weeks ago that looked just like tornado damage
Yeah I'm still waiting on the roofing company to get out and replace a bunch of shingles from the last straight line event we had here.
Had nickel sized hail at work but that stuff blew up closer to the cities. Strangely enough didn’t have any hail at the house which I’m thankful for. It all went north/south of us.
I think infected donkey is getting shit on rn but the cells went to my north in SW Missouri (tornado warned) and right over Springdale/Fayetteville (severe thunderstorm moving at the speed of dbl)
Need a little interpretation help lomcevak BrentTray . In reading this am I interpreting we will have a prolonged storm season in the south plains/north plains through early to mid June or is it just saying it could be an active storm season somewhere through June. It's been a hailer of a year in the south plains but 4 years on from a violent tornado in Oklahoma makes me feel like we are super due for a big one. Also, I pretty much give up on storm season in Oklahoma, Kansas on June 1 every year since there is no recent (7 years or so) evidence that tornado season extends this far south past 6/1. I've read and re-read that chart maybe 10 times the last 10 days and all I can gather is we are about to go silent due to the death ridge and then SW flow will contribute to a scary day or two on the southern plains sometime between 5/18-5/31 and then its over. Two weeks of SW flow seems like a really short storm season to me. Correct me if i'm wrong. https://www.spc.noaa.gov/exper/CFS_Dashboard/
Don’t expect anything until the May 16-20 timeframe that is even remotely worth chasing/watching. Looks like Central KS could be in play around that time imo
Sorry guys had a business trip in Montana ShuPoor can you dab the end of my dick with a Kleenex thanks
This whole spring has seemed windy for some reason. I'm constantly picking up shit on my porch and in my yard that is blowing over.
yeah i live in a townhouse with a rooftop deck and all my shit blew over to one side. couch, two deck chairs, outdoor table chairs, pillows, plants, everything. even found some shit in the bushes out front that had blown over if i had a shade or an umbrella i’m pretty sure that shit would be through the window of my neighbor’s place across the street
