Fleck seems like a guy who can be bought and he could recruit better at Ole Miss. Is Minnesota loaded? I wouldn’t think so but they did build a pretty nice new stadium recently
they just hired kiffin so he probably has a 3-4 year rope I’d bet somebody else poaches fleck in that timeframe
MSP is one of the richest areas of America and Minny has an endowment bigger than every university in Mississippi and Alabama combined
Insurance too. I work for a company that makes software for life insurance companies and three of our biggest clients are in MSP.
MSP area is amazing. The strong Scandinavian heritage of a lot of the folks there sure make the women easy on the eyes as well.
Twin Cities is a Medical Device hub in addition to Target, 3M, and a bunch of Banks. Great city and really nice suburbs. Reasonable cost of living. Awesome place during the warm months. Not to mention U of Minnesota is a great Engineering and Business school.
Sounds like a great place to live, but it must be hell to recruit from there (no HS talent and you have to convince kids to play in the extreme cold).
Could see Fleck sticking around at Minnesota for a few years, then heads to Notre Dame when Killy retires/leaves.
theres plenty of talent in the plains, that’s obvious with the nfl success of Iowa and Wisconsin and in other eras Nebraska. you can win big at Minny, can you win a national title? Unlikely but you can definitely compete for a B1G title and Rose Bowl
“Kamar committed to Tennessee a few weeks ago, although most of his crystal ball predictions were on Alabama. Some might say the crystal balls lied, but that’s nothing compared to the lies that transpired between Ohio State and Donovan Edwards. Michigan doesn’t, and won’t ever, lie to a recruit. Today I’ve detailed a 97 step by step process in which Donovan ends up in AA and leads the Wolverines back to their rightful place among college football’s elite. Click here to read more...”
Was there an update somewhere on when he's committing? He obviously isn't going to Ohio State. Just curious if there's a story. He's good. Big fan.
Assuming your talking about Stellato. Yea our Rivals writer insinuated today in an article that it's essentially a done deal to us and it likely happens sooner rather than later.
I like Stellato a lot more than either of the receivers we have currently committed (think Harrison Jr is massively overrated and will drop like a rock by the time final rankings come out), and wish he could've visited again before making a decision. More than happy to have Egbuka if we were going to split the two, though.
