Are we sure this guy is in the right here? Sounds like people were upset the area was muddy and were leaving. Not sure the protocol on dog parks and if they had a legitimate gripe but he sprayed her pretty quickly into the argument. Gotta keep your composure better than that
Unless she owned the property, she was absolutely in the wrong. That dude will probably get fired because it’s not a great idea to hose down assholes, but she was still wrong. If it’s a city park and a city employee is watering the ground and making it muddy, the sane thing to do is leave and go about your day elsewhere.
Spraying people with a hose is an underrated and underutilized tactic of settling arguments. Not going to harm anyone, but gets your point across.

Any restaurant running 2 plus hours for food should probably stop taking orders because its clear you aren't prepared for the demand. That's some awful management. Add in the fact it looks like the kitchen staff was being asked to remove this pissed off customer who is also in the wrong is not the correct way to go about things.
