I’ve listened to one episode since quarantine started. Basically listen to music now all day instead of podcasts.
Haven't listened to the Malone interview yet, but I'm kind of surprised they wanted to interview him given what a POS he seems to be. Did PMT bring up any of those rumors/allegations?
That's fair - I just feel like PMT usually does a decent job whitewashing people like Joe Buck (who catch hell unnecessarily), but they typically will get skeptical/antagonistic for people who deserve it.
They handled it well. Big cat still roundabout asked questions related to it, like about the greatest game ever played (Olympic practice game) etc and that got Karl to discuss it
Has Malone gotten his life together or is he currently a piece of shit? Sounds like most of the things people bring up is from 20+ years ago.
I listened to about 3 minutes of it and he was being kind of an asshole the entire time. Also, on Mount Rushmore of Grit Week I assume PFT was talking about Marino?
I just hadn't heard about him being a rapist/pedophile or anything about him at all lately until last dance.
Would you expect a basketball star from the 90s criminal history to be brought often in conversation these days?
I think his is bad enough to be one of those notorious figures. I think mainstream sports media has white washed him.
Is this all about his paternity issues from the 90s? My very in-depth internet research tells me he has admitted he was in the wrong and has good relationships with all 3 of those kids.
