Then people need to realize that in order for that to happen, they need to stop being bitches about masks, stop ignoring other guidelines, and accept that sports, at least most team ones, shouldn't happen until next year. (this isn't aimed at you btw)
Premier League reported 6 positive tests from first day of limited training. Think it said mid-700's tested
Are you insinuating the players were infected from the first day of training, or are you saying the testing which was conducted on the first day, identified six positive cases prior to practice?
So they had 10 out of 1,724 and England had 6 out of 748. So about a .6% vs a .8% positive rate. Thats probably better than where I thought England would be based upon their relative response compared to Germany.
It’s the difference between the Premier League being at 6 vs being around 14. If you don’t think it is significant for them to have double the number of positives, I would disagree
It would be 14 in England vs 10 in Germany. Not quite double. Also Germany did their first wave of testing 2 weeks before they played their first game. England doesn't even have a return date yet but the earliest I've seen is 4 weeks.
It would be England going from the 6 they have now to 14-15 if they kept the same positive rate. So yeas, it would actually be more than doubling it. Never said they’d be doubling what Germany had, but you’re dismissing that they tested significantly fewer people.
is he? Did you even read the article, you bag of rocks? On the heels of Oklahoma coach Lincoln Riley calling plans for a return to voluntary team activities as early as June 1 "ridiculous" amid the coronavirus pandemic, Big 12 athletic directors appear to share the sentiment, commissioner Bob Bowlsby tells 247Sports.
It will look like the last 5 minutes of the 4th quarter vs whatever FCS team that is played each year. Or a typical UofSC second half or crowded Miami home game.
or one of our home games in the 2nd half since half the crowd heads to the parking lot at halftime for most games
we were just approved to start offseason programs, essentially on campus for high school sports in Oregon starting June 1st.
How will the NCAA passing this have any effect on state decisions? In Michigan the school campuses are all closed unless I have missed something
Redav you asked me how Texas was doing in the other thread. Your brethren banned me in both threads because of course they and the rest of the echo chamber can’t handle anyone that thinks any different. But to your point Texas is doing by far the best of any large state in hospitalization and deaths and it’s not even close. Can’t wait until football this fall. But please keep staying obedient and don’t leave your apartment, bitch.
