Got a spicy deluxe meal this weekend. Ate the fries first bc I wanted them good and hot. When I got to sandwich it had cooled somewhat inside box :/
Think I'm gonna get CFA for the first time since quarantine. What's the easiest way? Curbside pickup? Also, I feel like getting something special in addition to my typical spicy chicken deluxe and 8 pack of nuggets. Suggestions?
For curbside do I put in the time I will be arriving? Or do they tell me when it’ll be ready? The CFA by me is a sad attempt of every CFA in the south. California needs to pull some talent from the south and put them in stores here. I rarely get a “‘my pleasure.” Lines take forever, often dirty.
Can I get a calorie count on a spicy chicken deluxe meal, 8ct nugget, and a milkshake? You’re definitely approaching 3,000... better make it a Diet Coke.
Put it into the app to check. Going with all toppings on sandwich, m fry and small shake he'd be just under 2,000 before factoring the sauce for his fries/nuggets
Actually I typically save the "take it easy" for the grocery store baggers. Just a little nod of camaraderie as a former bagger myself.
CFA isn’t supposed to be. If anyone should know how to fry and have employees competent enough to do so, it should be CFA. Soggy fries and nuggets should be rare events, not regular.
On a related note I’ve been losing quite a bit of weight this year and Chick Fil A is a regular part of the rotation. Spicy southwest salad with honey mustard dressing and sans the chip/seed toppings clocks in at 400 calories. Still very good, too.
Same except I go grilled club no bun or some form of nugget. Even the regular nuggets aren’t nearly as bad as any other fast food. Down almost 90 lb since thanksgiving and my CFA intake has increased.
You’ve dropped almost a hundred pounds in six months? That’s amazing, especially if you’ve been able to do so eating fast food.
I’m like the non-pedophilic Jared of CFA Really, though, it was all based on carbs and calories for me. You can easily fit 1-2 entrees into a daily diet of 1500 calories and 30 carbs with planning. Perfectly healthy? Not totally. But works for me. 12 nuggets; 380 Calories 17g Fat 16g Carbs 40g Protein Grilled filet: 110 Calories 2g Fat 1g Carbs 21g Protein 2 eggs for breakfast 140 calories Meal bar or cheese and nuts for lunch 300 calories 12 nuggets and a grilled filet with pepperjack and bacon for dinner 680ish calories. There’s 1120 calories and 20 carbs with room to snack.
You should contact CFA and "tell your story". Jk I don't want to watch cringeworthy "it's the little things" commercials about you
It was hard at first, but eventually I just didn’t crave potatoes or bread. Sauces were hardest. That 2-300+ calories nobody accounts for. Waffle fries are sauce delivery vehicles.
Goddamn. I’m down 70 over the last 9 months and that puts me to shame. I also did it almost the exact opposite way of you too. 2000 calories a day but I eat a moderate breakfast and just skip lunch, so that I can still be fat for dinner and not go to bed hungry at all. Lol
So you just order the sandwich without a bun or take it off yourself? I'm trying to cut out most carbs.
I never knew there was a word to describe specifically those, but yes when they're bad that end cut is definitely the worst
Sometimes I comment no bun. Other times I forget or I get the bun to make dog treats. You can’t add bacon to dinner filets in the app (around here, anyway). You can at breakfast tho.
