i like Pretty Heart, but i don't really want to like any of his songs. figure by another album the machine will have him assimilated.
McCollum looks like a total Nashville frat bro but writes good songs imo. Hopefully he doesn't turn to that side, he seems pretty dyed in the wool Texas but the money can change anyone.
I like to think that Buddy Jackson got kicked out of country music by George Strait and moved to Texas, changed his name and became a high school football coaching legend.
I might have missed the discussion but do any of you boys listen to Flatland Cavalry? They aren't half bad.
I’ve tried a few times but was never blown away. Wife has been listening to them alot lately though and they’re starting to grow on me.
Just came in the thread to post that. Saw them live in Knoxville last year and it was such an awesome show.
i don't pray, but if i did it would be that this song was never made. fuck aaron lewis and this shitty song.
I’ve seen Charley open for Turnpike a few times. Super talented. Just never been able to get into his music that much.
My wife and I have an ongoing joke about this. Every time we’ve seen him it seems like he’s playing the same song over and over.
I see Whiskey Myers/Jamey Johnson are playing The Bourbon in Lincoln in mid-July. Fuck yes. How dumb is it to buy tickets right now?
Yeah I know. I had a brief moment watching the Whiskey Myers livestream where the busch light hit him just right and I forgot about reality for a bit.
