Just checked their website and they don't have any of the pale ales or IPAs when I went, maybe a year ago (shortly after they opened). It was all Helles or different beees that you could get some sour fruit topper in. It's not your standard beers
Going to be completely honest here, I really don’t know shit about Amico, Tomlinson, or Ossof other than his failed campaign against Handel. Who do we like there as a progressive candidate?
If you're looking at them on a Left-Right spectrum, its probably Ossoff-Tomlinson-Amico. I voted for Tomlinson, but Ossoff is going to win running away. Question is if he gets over 50% to avoid a runoff.
I never got my mail in ballot from Fulton county. They sent an email over a month after I sent in the request saying they processed it and are sending the ballot. I am working out of town and only go home one or two weekends a month. The sent it right after the last time I was home, so I didn’t get to vote in the primary. It’s annoying how they waited so long to process ballot requests.
Throughout Kirkwood and East Lake, it's taking people 90 minutes to vote. That is fucking abusrd. Location with thousands of voters and there are 5 booths to vote. It is fucking gross
Voters struggle with lines and equipment as polls open in Georgia https://www.ajc.com/news/state--reg...e-for-georgia-primary/RDkUA0eKfnge6xuWT3YwiJ/
Hopefully this works outs the kinks before November (doubtful) Awesome to see this turnout right now. Fuck the republicans in this state. I'd love to fucking see the distribution of machines throughout polling locations vs their demographic make up. Is that data anywhere???
Oh and I was going to vote this afternoon and this shit 100% dissuaded me from going bc it's "just a primary"
Also, are there any reports of issues state wide or just Atlanta? Voting in this whole fucking country is absurd
I know that in Peachtree Corners, where I grew up, there are about 4 polling locations (two schools and two churches) within a 1 mile radius of my parent’s house that each had at least 8-10 machines. Probably the norm around these parts unfortunately. I also remember talking to people in ‘16 who waited a few hours to vote while it only took me about 20-30 minutes and it was a stark reminder of the general BS of Georgia’s voting structure/system.
I never even got my mail in ballot. I’m glad this is just a primary, but I have no faith they’ll get it fixed for November.
This shit is equally depressing and infuriating. Still going to head to my poll after work, but we’ll see if I actually vote.
Got rained on outside of this place off Huff Rd. There's a few units that let multiple people vote at the polling place near me but fuck it takes a while to go through the line. This new system is definitely slower.
Bessie Branham is just early voting. I'm at Israel Baptist on Hosea Was going to go this afternoon. I'll probably early vote in November
Secretary of State’s office blames counties’ ‘poor planning’ for poll issues, opens investigation https://www.wsbtv.com/news/local/secretary-states-office-blames-counties-poor-planning-poll-issues/PT2RPDXL5BAQTMNLCLLIR34VEE/?fbclid=IwAR2z4HfYkfbDFLWUvm11g5UoLfQOLg8e9qoBORiOTFE8KdBSdBLRnggg2y4
was one of the lucky ones - got my absentee ballot and mailed it in before the deadline. about to go out with a few friends and hand out water at polling places, so if you see a dude on a bike wearing a bright green Kelly's Jerk t-shirt give me a holler
