A woman can be sexy with a bad accent, but a bad/annoying accent will never add/enhance the sexiness. Tomei was amazing in MCV, and the accent added to the performance in my opinion. Bottom line though, a lady is sexy, but the accent(if it's bad) isn't(there are times where an accent can up the level)

East Texas is just southern drawl, closer you get to SE Louisiana you get more cajun shit, West Texas isn't bad more like a midwest/south hybrid so they can blend in anywhere if needed.

Southern accents are generally bad on a male, but many times actually quite good on a sexy lady. Whereas the abrasive northeastern accent is never good on anyone; its the lowest ranked overall accent on my accent power rankings.
