I'm curious why they didn't show the back we well. There appeared to only be one USB on the front. We definitely need at least 4.
If you could sit down with a game writer/developer and ask them questions about the process and what is involved with it, what would you ask?
I don’t typically do story games; the only one I’ve ever completed is RDR2. I’m trying to give the last of us a go based on this thread and having a hard time getting into it. Is it a me thing or does it ramp up after the beginning?
How often do they have legit play testers, and do they actually listen to their input. First day patches are way too common.
There's not much combat in the first few hours but it ramps up pretty quickly, if that is what will do it for you. Those first hours set up the entire rest of the story. There are times that it slows down to some extent throughout the game, but action is usually around the corner
I’d say for most story driven games the first 2-3 hours are a bore. Not only are they setting up the story but you feel completely underpowered. They are designed this way on purpose. Note, you never feel powerful in last of us games
Reminds me, I was happy to see they didn't make you re-learn what you knew from before, either you had different weapons/manuals or you just had to acquire one (the Molotov)
Make sure you’re searching for notes and doing the optional convos. It really helps build the story. I played through it again last weekend and ended up finishing on Father’s Day and it’s a very powerful story. HZD is a good story driven game too but if you’re not picking up audio files / other collectibles you’re gonna miss out on important things
CD keys ps+ under $30 again https://www.cdkeys.com/playstation-...-plus-membership-ps3-ps4-ps-vita-digital-code
Since we’re closing in on early incorrect speculation time for PS+ games for July, let me go ahead and say it will be both HZD and Days Gone.
I have HZD in a physical format but was already debating buying the digital version so I’d like this very much.
Again, like most rumors about what the upcoming PS+ games will be....I am literally making this up off the top of my head
new biomutant gameplay trailer. pretty excited about souls meets redwall. when it finally is released in 2030
Had kind of forgot about this game. Been a couple of years since I've seen anything on it. I feel bad for other games trying to wrestle the spotlight from Cyberpunk right now. Tough spot to be in.
Sony must not be quite as confident in this one. The games they are really confident in they drop the embargo really early.
Yea, God of War's embargo dropped more than a week early, I think like 8-10 days before official release.
I echo this post. Definitely give HZD a shot. I would kill to have it adapted into a tv series on Amazon or HBO
I'm very similar. I skip almost all cut scenes and that can leave me confused in some games. Others (FF7 Remake) have done a really good job appealing to people like me who don't really care for the story that much.
Tomb Raider or Erica worth playing? I'm getting close to finishing Last of Us 2 and was thinking about getting divinity original sin 2 but if these are worth playing, i'll play the free game.
Was up till 1:30 a.m. last night finishing TLOU2 I have many thoughts on the ending....the final fight is as brutal and well animated as anything I've seen in a video game.
